Hi! I'm Bobby, born & raised in the amazing sunsets of Biloxi - current resident of the gorgeous, historical city of Pass Christian. My childhood was the typical coastal Mississippi experience – beach days, snowballs, seafood festivals, picking honey suckles, and staying outside til the sun went down. I attended youth programs in church, played sports after school, and graduated from St. Martin High School. Soon after, I met the (first) love of my life, Heather. She is my rock, and has supported me every step of the way through my real estate career. Together we have three lovely, energetic children (the other loves of my life), and a beautiful home. We love the coast, and all of the fun times and traditions that come along with it.
My Professional Background:
Most would think I was crazy for getting licensed during one of the nation's worst housing crises, but after Katrina I knew I wanted to be a part of rebuilding our lives and community. In June of 2006 I received my license, and began working for a series of some of the biggest named brokerages in the country. I persevered through the bad times, and discovered my niche in new home construction. I partnered with several of the coast's semi-custom & custom home builders, assisting clients in bringing their dream home ideas to light. After several successful years, we finally decided to go out on our own. Last May, we opened Wantland Properties, LLC. We have taken on additional agents, and offer services including but not limited to: buyer representation, seller representation, new home construction, builder representation, developer representation, and land sales & acquisition. Our company covers all areas of the MS Gulf Coast. **NOTE: I have had hundreds a few hundred closings over the last 8 years, but unfortunately Zillow does not recognize new construction, which happens to be my specialty. I've sold lots & beautiful homes in subdivisions including but not limited to: Magnolia Walk, The Oaks, Stablewood, Acadian Gardens, Plantation Oaks, Taylor Oaks, Ryland Ridge, Mill Ridge, Carriage Way, River's Edge, Mays Place, and many more.**
