Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $725K in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA.
Bobby is an amazing real estate agent. From the beginning of my search to buy a home through the closing, Bobby was always available to provide advice and assistance. He showed tremendous dedication in ensuring that all of my concerns were met, educating me about the home buying process, showing me homes, arranging home inspections, negotiating, explaining legal issues and so forth. Bobby immediately informed me of any listings of interest as soon as the properties came on the market, utilized technology to ease the process (e.g., electronic document signing, texting, email alerts and so forth) and always had an excellent attitude. I wish Bobby in his family the very best.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $600K in Carmel Valley, San Diego, CA.
Bobby did a fantastic job finding us a home in an extremely competitive market. He is extremely responsive and responsible. He always puts our requests his top priority. We are also impressed by his negotiation skills. The market is competitive and we went into several bidding wars. He was always able to work our offer into the sellers' top candidates. So when the seller decided not to work with the highest offer, we immediately got the chance to get the contract, thanks to Bobby's unbeatable negotiation and communication skills! Bobby is the man to get you a home.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with our Real Estate Agent Bobby Graham! We have bought and sold many properties over the years and worked with many agents. None of which have come close to the level of dedication and commitment that were displayed at every step of the sales process. Bobby went over and beyond the scope of a Realtor. In addition, his honesty and ethics are to be commended especially for this industry that has very little of both. I will use Bobby for my next Real Estate transaction with out hesitation. He comes highly recommended by us!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.35M in La Jolla, La Jolla, CA.
Bobby is the ultimate professional. I have been looking a home in La Jolla for four years, and Bobby was diligent and patient as each showing proved to not be what I was looking for. He was committed to finding a house that met ALL of my needs
and NEVER pushed me to make a deal. He was ALWAYS on my side. When the right home became available, he left no stone unturned and literally moved heaven and earth to finalize the deal to ensure my closing date was in a timely manner.
Just recently, I met my next door neighbor, and she met Bobby during escrow. She was very familiar with brokers and she could not stop praising his professional approach and demeanor. 5 star- Excellent Broker!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $725K in University City, San Diego, CA.
We were looking for our dream home in University City, and we are fortunate to have purchased our dream home. We had seen the home on Zillow for quite some time for a selling price of $850,000 before it dropped to $750,000. It was a dream home that was financially out of reach for our family. When the price fell to $750,000, we were excited but not hopeful to negotiate a price that would be within our price range. In fact, when we first talked to Bobby about the home, we knew it would be a long shot. He encouraged to put a bid down for the house, and to our surprise, we were able to negotiate a purchase price of $715,000. Without Bobby's professionalism, persistence, and 24 hour work ethic, we can honestly say that we would not be the current owner's of our dream home. We will recommend Bobby to our family and friends.

Bobby Graham is an outstanidng agent, He is the reason i was able to purchase short sale condo. He is also very professioanl, knowledgeable, and kind. I will ask him to be my agent again for the next purchase.

Bobby acted as my buying agent to purchase a condo in La Jolla. His services were nothing short of exceptional and excellent.
Specifically,
1. His positive attitude and cheerful disposition helped to complete the process in spite of several trying obstacles.
2. He was always very willing to go out of his way to tackle every 'road bump'.
3. He accepted responsibility and sought solutions even when the problems arose due to the negligence or lack of interest of the other real estate agent.

Bobby is amazing! Our home was 330k and worth every penny! We were first time home buyers and needed a lot of guidance through the entire process. Bobby was there every step of the way to answer all of our questions. During the process of finding a place we loved he was honest and always had our best interest in mind. He was the perfect agent!!!! He felt as part of our family immediately, always willing to help in every aspect of our process, even offering to help unload our truck when we got the keys to our home.
