Bought a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $1.3M in Chinatown, Boston, MA.
Bobby walked us through all the options we had; he knew the Boston area like the back of his hand. He found us the perfect place at the Ritz towers for an excellent price. We were very lucky to have had him as a realtor. He took us to so many residences before finding the perfect place; he really put alot of time and excellent advising. Bobby also was able find tenants for me for an investment property as well, very quickly, since we were in a pinch. Bought a home in 2009.
Working with Bobby Woofter was a great experience. He helped me to buy an investment property on auction then rented it for me. Auctions were new for me but he stayed by my side from start to finish. He also found me a great tenant (after a nightmare experience trying to handle it on my own.) I appreciate that Bobby stays in touch (he sends me properties he thinks I might be interested in) and I would HIGHLY recommend him as a real estate agent.
