I have been selling Colorado homes since 1992 and I have helped hundreds of families buy and sell Conifer Real Estate and Evergreen Real Estate and homes throughout the Denver metro area. I strive to maintain a comprehensive market awareness-- what's going on in and around Denver and it's suburbs, when the next Triathlon is, or when the newest rec center will be finished. I love it when any of my families (past clients) call on me to find out when the next party is or if a new trail is opening soon.. I am active in the community as a tribunal interpreting covenants and restrictions or as a soccer, football or lacrosse coach, or even just testing the Jefferson County Open Spaces!
