Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Davenport, IA.
Brad and his wife were highly recommended to us by relatives of ours. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise they provided. Brad worked hard to identify homes within our list of interests and price range. He was very flexible with the times we had available to look at homes, even if it was late at night. I would highly recommend the Boeys to everyone I know.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Davenport, IA 52803
I contacted Brad to ask him to list my house for sale. He set up a meeting and did not show. I texted him to ask what happened and he apologized and said he would set up another meeting, and then never followed up. I imagine this is a very busy time for him, but if he was too busy to take my business, he should have found a way to respectfully decline my business.

We are sorry you are frustated with the process of listing your house but I don't see any records or emails where we responded to your request for a Realtor. As you can imagine we get several emails a day from the Zillow website. At this time ALOT of those emails/requests are scams. Before moving forward we email back the request confirm all of the information. We want to be sure it is a valid request. Again, I do not see any email sent from myself or my husband to you in regards to listing your house. The highest level of customer service is our top priority and In order to better service all of our current listings and buyers we aren't currently interviewing for new listings - unless they are a past client or a referral directly from a past client. We wish you luck in selling your house and would be happy to refer you to another agent if you are still in need of a Realtor to help you sell your house.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $175K in Moline, IL.
Brad sold our house in less than a month, provided expertise on improvements (and what we should not improve), and toured us through houses nights and weekends and whenever we were available to find us the right new home. He was available at every step of the process and earned our complete trust in every aspect of the sale. He even let our dog out while touring prospective buyers!

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Davenport, IA.
After a horrible experience with our original Realtor from a "competitor" we were referred to the Boeye team by some of our friends who had used them with home purchases. After selling our house WITHIN DAYS of being listed, we began our house hunt. Brad and Andrea were very helpful and patient in our house search including providing us with an excellent house finding program to narrow our search as well as countless hours of walk throughs. They were exactly what you hope for in a realtor offering professional advice from someone who is very familiar with the business. Until we met them we thought Realtors were a complete waste of money and have to say they changed our opinion when all was said and done. They were in it til the end even at the closing table when the seller's Realtor started trying to balk on an agreed upon warranty they stood firm and all things worked out. They were very very helpful in providing excellent references for inspections, plumbers, and others that may be needed for last minute closing items as well. All said and done it was a great experience and they have one more set of loyal customers who won't use anyone else.

Brad and Andrea are fabulous realtors. They truly went above and beyond what we expected from them. Selling our house was a care-free process for us because they took care of every detail. It has been enjoyable working with them and we would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Bettendorf, IA.
Brad and Andrea Sue Boeye have exceeded our expectations as the listing agents for our home. Brad and Andrea helped us with the purchase of a rental property in August of 2011. They were very helpful in steering us towards the right property based on rental potential and future resale value. The Boeye team is very hard working. They are positive, kind, considerate and I would recommend them to any buyer or seller. The current real estate market is difficult, however, they dont give up. They continue to agressively market our property. They use different media to communicate with their customers, and they are very responsive to questions. We appreciate their dedication to their work. We are confident in their ability to 'make it happen!'
