We submitted our XML listings feed two weeks ago, and it's still not active. I can't even get a response from feeds@zillow.com. What's the current wait time for feeds?

So what's the estimated wait time?  It's been three weeks already.

There appears to be a serious issue with our data feed and listings. For some reason, Zillow shows that we have about 200 listings, but it used to [correctly] show that we had 600+ listings. I checked our feed and, indeed, there are well over 600 listings. Our listings in the Ocala and Venice markets still aren't showing, and a number of homes that are still on the market are now showing as being sold. Finally, a number of listings from the Homes & Land feed are showing up as ours, and apparently that feed has not been updated since January, as many off-market properties are still on Zillow as Bosshardt listings. We're getting a number of calls and e-mails from confused agents and sellers. What can we do to clear up this mess?

Would anyone from Zillow care to comment on this?

As recently as a week ago, we had 500+ listings on Zillow via a feed.  Now they're gone.  What happened and how do we get them back?

Any update on this?

Is there an ETA for a solution to this problem?  We're working on 3 days now without a hint of progress.
