Oh goodness, no. Realtors come up with Exactimates. :) I wish I could say I coined this made up word. Seriously, contact a local Realtor and ask for a valuation on your home. Zillow is fun site, but not one for showing the actual value of a house before it is listed.

Zillow is full of it. The sight boasts having the most listings. It does this by importing the same listings from different sites and not removing under contract or pending homes (drives buyers nuts). Zillow attaches other Realtors who pay for the advertising to my listings. This drives Listing agents nuts. And Zillow is clearly misinformed when it comes to selling homes in Powderhorn Trail, Townsend which is driving you nuts.
