I have known Bob a long time. He is highly knowledgeable about real estate in his areas and continually strives to better educate himself on the business of helping his clients navigate the sometimes difficult prosess of buying or selling a home. I highly recommend him to all of my clients.

Bought a home in 2008.
We live out of state and our daughter was looking for her first home. Our daughter had been looking for two years before she met Bob Gordon. He was honest, helpful, looked closely at what she needed and could afford, stayed in touch, helped her find a lender and helped her each step of the way to be in a home that she has enjoyed for 4 1/2 years. We would never hesitate to recommend him especially in the greater Denver area. Our daughter, who is now married, and her husband will call Bob when they are ready to sell. Bob was especially helpful after our daughter had a difficult experience the year before being talked into a place she could not afford. That year the deal fell through and she lost 3000 dollars. We were so pleased she found someone she found helpful. We are considering moving closer to our daughter in retirement and will call Bob if we decide to move to Denver.

Bought a home in 2009.
As a first time home buyer I found Bob to be not only a wealth of knowledge but a huge asset in negotiating a good deal. Bob brought many things to our attention during our search that in the long run saved us thousands, he was honest and sincere in our interactions.
We also utilized Bob's vast network to find a great lender and a solid home inspector. I highly recommend Bob as a true professional that listens to his clients wants and needs, and delivers on their expectations!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Louisville, CO.
Bob was a very friendly, knowledgeable realtor who we depended greatly on to help us find a home in Boulder County. Being new to the area, it was a relief to have him working on our side to help us get the best home for our money and also to learn about which areas were thriving and which areas we may not get the best return on when we go to sell. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Tantra Park, Boulder, CO.
We first met Bob when he was the seller's agent for a property we were purchasing. He impressed us so much at that time that we decided to list our property with him when we wanted to sell it a few years later. Bob went far beyond what you would expect from an agent in helping us with a few problems that arose during the process of selling. He was always professional and courteous and worked long hours to get the job done. I would not hesitate to recommend him highly to anyone selling a home.

Sold a home in 2011.
bob gordon did an amazing job as our realtor!! we dragged him through about 50 walk throughs and he stayed committed to helping us find our perfect house with complete patience, understanding and caring that the house was our choice....very RARE for a realtor; i would whole-heartedly recommend bob g as a realtor and someone i trust to help you make one of the most important decisions in your life-buying a house!

Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $300K in Commerce City, CO.
In 2006 Bob assistd me in purchasing a home in Colorado. This could have been a very confusing and worrisome event for me as I was not even in the state, but rather far away in Seattle, Washington. Bob not only kept me extremely well informed regarding all the details throughout the procedure, but was always available to answer my many questions. Needless to say, should I ever have the need to sell or purchase another home or property, I would only want Bob Gordon as my realator.

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $350K in Table Mesa South, Boulder, CO.
Bob was my agent for buying and later selling the same home in 2005 and 2007.
