Fantastic experience. Refi took less than 18 days from start to finish. Love the website and helpfulness of all who we spoke with. They followed up with us each stage of the process. Appraisal was smooth as well.

It was quick and painless: sign application documents on line; scan and upload the documents they need. I was helped by several people at Box along the way who were all quick and pleasant. From application to signing 18 days, Another 6 days and the loan was funded and previous loan paid off.

Outstanding service! My loan officers Gabriel and Candice were able to clarify any of the items in the loan process that I did not understand that made the experience very comfortable and reassuring. I shopped around on Zillow and elsewhere for a company to refinance my home loan. I have excellent credit and therefore felt I was in the driver seat. I didn't want a fast talking sales person or a company that was not upfront with what they had to offer. Box Home Loan fit my needs. They were transparent in all that they offered and clearly posted all the rates, costs and terms. The process was even better than I had expected. They were professional, helpful, timely in all responses, and nothing but the best from the beginning to the end - all of which took only 30 days. All paper work was handled electronically through their secure and user friendly site where I could easily upload all my info. If you have good credit, go with Box.

You get it all. Price, Value and speed. 3 out of 3.
Very professional staff at Box. The only issue we had was the appraiser who left out important features of the home such as new heat pump system. The loan officer encouraged us to fill out a Reconsideration of the Appraisal and this raised the appraised value sufficiently so that we got the amount and terms that we originally expected. We saved a significant amount of money, did the entire process from our home, the notary came to our home for closing. About a month from start to funding.

Our refinance with Box went smoothly and efficiently. Online documentation entry is well thought out and easy, and when we had questions the response was quick. Knowing costs up front was a big plus.

I would definately recommend them if you are refinancing. I called a number of plaes and they had the best rate I could find. There were no problems at all and they closed my loan in 30 days and gave me the rate I locked on the website at the price promised. They followed up with phone calls every step of the way to keep me posted on where my loan was in process.
One warning is that you have to fill out the loan application and them everything on your own. Once you fill out the application they call to talk it over with you, but it may be a little overwellming if this is your first mortgage. It also help if you have electronic bank statements and pay stubs to send to them.

Box Home Loans is an excellent lender. I made my first condo purchase with them and enjoyed their low rate and extremely low processing fee. They got a HomePath loan for me for a Fannie Mae property.
I saved about $2500 using them instead of a local mortgage broker. My local mortgage broker who I compared them with was mad and said that there must be some catch because how can their fees be so low--there wasn't.

I put off refinancing for months because I was sure it was going to be a pain. I was wrong. Our refinance went so smooth and efficiently that I will not mind doing it again. Everything is online and involves scanning and uploading your documents. If you are timely with the docs you need to provide you will be very impressed with Box Home Loans.
