As a first-time buyer, I had decided that a "fixer-upper" would be a good place to start. I began by going to open houses, just to look. Janelle and Eric Boyenga were amazing. I live out of state and they handled everything for me. They had to deal with a complicated Trust and had to help me do so much, like finding me a good landscaper and a miracle of a handyman.
