Janelle and Eric I cannot thank you enough for all your hard work, honesty and advice when we were selling our home and looking for a new one. Your team were really there for us. I had never worked with a real estate team before and I must say that I thought most Realtors would be stuffy, impersonal, uncaring, etc. You and Eric were the complete opposite from the moment we met! Not only were you extremely professional and very knowledgeable but you made the whole experience FUN, easy, and I feel like we are good friends now, not just your clients. From the first moment I spoke with Janelle, I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She understood immediately what I was facing, and helped me every step of the way. The team of people she recommended to clean the house, make repairs and stage the home was very professional. Once we had it on the market, it sold in less than a week with multiple offers. As a first-time buyer, I had decided that a "fixer-upper" would be a good place to start. I began by going to open houses, just to look. Along the way I met Janelle & Eric, who impressed me with their knowledge about the processes involved in such an endeavor. They had personal experience rebuilding a house and were able to provide guidance on building codes, resources for actual work, and probable costs along the way. This helped me to map my financial capabilities, so I could stay within my budget. I plan to use them when the time comes to "move up

Janelle and Eric Boyenga were amazing. I live out of state and they handled everything for me. They had to deal with a complicated Trust and had to help me do so much, like finding me a good landscaper and a miracle of a handyman. They were always there for me when I needed to reach them and most important: they sold my house fast. They are kind, efficient, expert and hard working. I just wish they worked up here in Oregon so I could use their services again. Thank you Janelle and Eric!!!
