Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $575K in Encinitas, CA.

Brad successfully negotiated the deal/close on our property In Encinitas, CA. He coordinated with our mortgage broker, inspector, and title company so that we could close in 19 days and beat the deadline presented by the seller. Bought a Condo home in 2013 in North Hills, North Hills, CA.

Brad was referred to me through a mutual friend. When I met Brad, we immediately hit it off and I felt that he knew exactly what I was looking for. It did not take him long to find a property that matched up perfectly with my needs. In a very competitive market, Brad was able to negotiate a great price and get my offer accepted. During escrow, the lender became very negligent. Brad did not hesitate to jump in to make sure that everything was corrected and able to move forward.
