My ratings are based on JAQULYN STANTON... She was a great, NO BS realtor that gave me her honest opinion. I needed her as my eyes due to living on the other side of Ca needing a vacation place in Palm Springs.. All I asked for from the entire staff is that they make this easy for me... They did just that... Thank you Jaqulyn... Don Chappell
Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $275K in La Quinta, CA.

Our home buying experience with Brad Schmett was outstanding. Our agent, Jacqulyn, was knowledgeable about a variety of communities and helped us evaluate the pro's and con's of each area. She was extremely responsive to all of our requests and was prompt and punctual in managing all aspects of the home buying process. She advocated on our behalf as she interacted with the listing agent and secured the deal that we wanted. She also was a wealth of information on local resources for everything from insurance agent to home remodelers. I can heartily recommend Brad Schmett's company.
Veronica Mendoza with the REALTOR who helped me purchase my home in the Coachella Valley. She showed me a wide variety of homes within my price range in with the amenities requested. When I found the home for me, she was able to negotiate a price significantly below the asking price as well as additional funds after the house inspection. Also, the house that I bought was tenant occupied at the time. She managed to get the tenants out as well as other stuff, when they had initially left a garage full of junk. Not only did she get those items removed, she even got the sellers to pay to professionally clean the house prior to myself taking possession of the property. She went the extra mile for me and I'm sure she will for you!

Bought a home in 2012 in Bermuda Dunes, Indio, CA 92203.
Primary point of contact: Veronica Mendoza
I was looking for a 1 acre property for my second purchase and Veronica was able to meet my needs. We looked at all aspects in purchasing this particular property. For example; flood zones, elevation certificates, city boundaries, septic tanks etc. It was a quite a journey but without her I don't think we would have purchased the property. She provided us great customer service and much needed education for our purchase.

Brad and his office staff were wonderful to work with in the purchasing of my home. I moved to the area after my divorice and Brad and his wife showed me homes in several parts of the valley. They were very considerate of my needs as a single woman and worked around my work schedule.

My husband Joe and I connected with Brad from our home in Seattle. We told him that we were coming down to Palm Springs the following weekend and were interested in looking at real estate. We gave him the list of what we were looking for -- price points, neighborhood, etc. He patiently drove us to different properties. He immediately put us as ease with regard to our like or dislike of properties. After day one, he had a better idea of what we were looking for and we raised our budget amount. By day two, we had narrowed the neighborhood (Vista Las Palmas and Twin Palms) and spent the entire day looking. I do not remember at this point if we found our house at the end of day two or early day three. By the end of day three, we had made an offer on the house which was accepted. It was a perfect weekend and Brad was key.
