Brad was our agent buying our first home. I had heard so many horror stories about the home buying process I was terrified with what I thought I was about to get myself into. Brad more than alleviated every single fear I had. He showed us over 30 homes in person, hundreds online. He was always willing to show us potential houses after normal business hours and even on weekends. We put in two offers on houses that were not accepted before finding the perfect home-and getting our offer accepted! Brad was very supportive through the whole process. He walked us through everything and kept us up to date on what was going on throughout the entire Escrow (I actually know what that word means now!!) process. There were a couple of hiccups between our offer getting accepted and closing but Brad was on top of it and never let us get stressed out or frustrated. We waited nearly two weeks for the seller to respond to an addendum on the offer. Brad contacted the seller's agent countless times during this time so we would have the most up-to-date information available. With this delay I would have assumed our closing date was going to be pushed back by at least a week but not on Brad's watch! We closed ON TIME. Our closing date was August 31st and he went to great lengths to ensure we would have our keys in hand before the long labor day weekend. I would recommend Brad to anyone looking to buy a property, whether it is their first home or they are experienced home buyers.
