I am an investor who has worked with Brad on several occasions, and have found him to be responsive, bright and very attentive to the many details that must be dealt with in the business of buying and selling real estate. One of his best attributes is his high level of pro-activeness - he knows exactly the type of properties I am looking for, and lets me know just as soon as one comes on the market, or there is a price reduction on one I have been looking at. Another is his follow-through; if he says he is going to do something, he does it. Quickly.

I have recommended Brad to friends, family and fellow investors, and unhesitatingly recommend him to fellow members of Zillow.
