Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Chico, CA.
From the start Brandi was friendly and professional. Her patience and understanding of our specific needs helped us to find the perfect home. Her communication was exceptional and, even when not available, Brandi made sure that her staff was on board to answer questions and meet our needs. Ronnie and Summer are outstanding, they provide the same amazing level of service. What a team! This was our seventh home purchase in Chico and, by far, this has been our best real estate experience. We highly recommend Brandi!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Chico, CA.
After placing my home on the market one with another local realtor and receiving very poor service, I decided to re-list the home with Brandi. She had come very highly recommended by another professional in the industry. She was very responsive, polite, informative and reliable from the first phone call through the entirety of the transaction. We were in contract within 6 days of re-entering the market due to her diligence in advertising and marketing the property. Although there were a few hiccups along the way, with Brandi's guidance, the home still closed in a timely fashion and with very little stress. I would highly recommend her to either buyers or sellers in the Butte County area.

Brandi made herself available on a moment's notice on many occasions so that we would have the option to view or offer on a home that was likely to be sold quickly. She was organized, knowledgable and has exceptional support staff and systems in place to keep things on track in a timely, efficient way. She offers educated opinions upon request, but zero pressure in any decision making situations. Above that, she is friendly, well-respected, and completely professional.

We recently purchased a home near Bidwell Park with Brandi, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience or outcome. Many of the homes we were interested in purchasing had multiple offers. As a buyer, any buyer's agent can submit an offer for you. And any buyer's agent can relay the message to you that the seller's decided to go with another offer because your offer missed the mark. One of Brandi's greatest strengths is to know what it will take to actually get into escrow on the house you want, not just to submit an offer. When you find the right house and no other house will do, don't roll the dice on your agent's ability to close the deal. Brandi is the safe bet to getting those keys to your must-have home. Our home was sold as a short sale which was a very difficult experience to go thru. Brandi was extremely knowledgeable...explained every single step and there were no "dumb questions" on our part. We were also very impressed with her quick communications and her professional staff. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for the perfect partner in any real estate transaction.

When we began the process of looking for a new home, we had the opportunity to meet with many agents. Brandi was by far the most professional, dedicated, hard-working, and pleasant to work with agent out of them all. We were very particular as to our needs for a new home and Brandi worked tirelessly until we found exactly what we wanted. With that in mind, we had no hesitation to work with her to help us sell our old house. We were astonished with how quick the process was and the amount that we received for our house (both exceeded our expectations). Brandi helped us with all of the steps, paperwork, requirements, etc. to complete the sale. With Brandi's assistance, the entire process was wonderful. We would highly recommend her services to any potential buyer/seller.

Brandi is very knowledgeable about selling houses - for us specifically she knew just the price to list it at to sell quickly and at that we were happy with. She made the paperwork process very smooth, even though we were in another state. She replied to calls and emails within one business day. I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants to sell their house.

As an out of the area seller of a rental home, I wanted an agent that I could trust. One that used technology well and knowledgeable about the local market. I found Brandi on the web, and based on other references called her. I was very impressed, but the timing wasn't right to sell my home. She was able to refer another recent client that needed a short term rental. This went well and after these tenants moved out, the market had improved. I listed with Brandi and was pleased with several offers in the first weekend it was on the market. Brandi was dependable, resourceful, honest and efficient. I would recommend her as a sellers agent!
