I live on East Lake Sammamish and I have to say there is absolutely no bus coverage in my area. If i want to catch a bus I either have to walk or drive up onto the plateau or all the way into Issaquah either way is at least 4 miles. Is it just me or should there be some smaller Dart buses that run along the lake or up and down Inglewood Hill or even Thompson Hill? Metro is great at getting people from park and rides to downtown but I think they should start looking at how to get people to the park and rides and eliminate even more cars and congestion on the roads.

To better meet and serve your needs I would like to outline a process for reporting the neighborhood changes you want to make. When reporting an issue please be specific with regards to the current listed city and neighborhood as well as the new neighborhood you wish to create or join. Also please be as detailed as possible when defining your neighborhoods boundaries, and when available include maps or other images, as this will allow us to achieve a much higher level of accuracy with our neighborhood definitions. Kurt, please post your address so we can look further into this issue. As far as your mention of the USPO database, all of our home details come from county records via 3rd party data aggregators. Though similar the two problems are most likely are unrelated.

Good afternoon Missegk,As of right now there is no way to automate the user process in the creation or manipulation of neighborhoods. These types of changes are manual and require more information pertaining to the specific neighborhood(s) in question. For example please give the neighborhood's name, the city it is in, as well as a detailed description of its' boundaries. There is no authoritative source of neighborhood boundaries and so, we really appreciate feedback like yours. It?s unlikely however that the accuracy of neighborhood assignments is impacting Zestimate accuracy ? if you?d like feedback regarding a specific home?s Zestimate, please post the address and your question under the Zestimate topic. I just wanted to let everyone know that we have temporarily removed all bird?s eye view imagery from the site due to technical difficulties. Tk2, this actually is an issue within the Z57 feed. As of right now all of their listings are being sent to us with an "active" status and as a result we have no way of knowing otherwise. To your other point you are correct, we assume that if a listing is syndicated to us via a feed the agent associated with that listing is the listing agent and that the said agent has granted the feed provider explecit rights to distribute the listing on their behalf. If you have a specific example where this is not the case please let me know the details so I can address and resolve the issue.Thanks,Brandon
