Sold a Condo home in 2007 for approximately $425K in Fullerton, CA.
We had a bad loan thru another realtor and were under the gun to sell a condo in Fullerton. Getting what we paid was out of the question at the time, due to many factors. But to avoid foreclosure and losing all of the money we used for down payment, it had to sell for the best price possible. We were fairly hopeless, but thanks to Denny and Denise, and their associate Mike, they got a very good price for us and saved us from drowning in the sea of sharks! If you want an agent that provides that personal touch, truly listens to their client, and is highly knowledgeable about the area and the market, then you should contact Denny and Denise Rockwell. After meeting with Denny where I expressed my concerns and what I was looking for, he researched available options and showed me several homes. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $775K in Yorba Linda, CA.
I've dealt with a lot of realtors in my past and bar none, Denny Rockwell is the best. First, he is ultra responsive to demanding and impatient clients like myself. His knowledge of the areas I was interested in is unparalleled. Denny's negotiating skills are AMAZING and miraculous. In my case, the seller of my house was not coming down to a price we could live with and we couldn't go up any further despite my love of the house. We had passed on the counter offer and was sadly moving on after being told the seller had a cash offer on the table also. A few days had passed and I received a call from Denny saying that the seller had accepted our counter offer. I was astounded and couldn't believe it. Denny had used his magic on the sellers and made them realize our offer shouldn't be passed up. I just can't say enough good things about Denny. If you are looking for a house or you are selling, Denny should be your realtor. Best real estate guy ever!! And no, he isn't paying me for this endorsement.
