Bought a home in 2012.
Bree was an amazing buyer's agent for my wife and I as we looked for an purchased our first home. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Atlanta, GA.
I met Bree after her client purchased my home. Her knowledge of the process was hands down better than my Agent's and my Agent wasn't a rookie. Let's just say, In comparison Bree made my Agent look ILL prepared. When I needed an Agent to help me find my next home I didn't hesitate to call Bree. I've found that she is an excellent negotiator yet honest. Very knowledgeable regarding the in-town area. She also is a wonderful marketer. A coworker recommended Bree to me and I'm so glad he did! Bree is everything a good realtor should be. Attentive, knows the industry well, very knowledgeable about the area, is a skilled negotiator, and found my new home in record time. She listened and observed so well when we were looking at properties, she new the place I'd pick before I did!
