So Bree is just simply amazing. There are people who went into real estate and there are realtors: Bree IS a realtor. I bought a house at the beginning of the recession at a great price for me but a minimal commission for her; she treated me as if she was going to make a $100,000 commission and worked explaining so many things to me. Her vast knowledge about the area as well as buying mid century homes helped me feel confident that I was buying something that would be a great investment and home.
The best part was the day I moved in, the seller had taken all the shower heads and medicine cabinets as well as left some damage to some drawers (??). I called Bree in tears and in 10 minutes she was there with a shower head as a gift; just so I could get started. LOVE her!!!!
