Sold a home in 2005.
My experiences with Brenda Bianchi and her team at Gulf Coast Preferred Reatly began almost ten years ago and I have never been dissapointed. They provide honest feedback and realistic expectations in a shifting market. Selling, buying or renting a home can be very stressful, unless you work with Brenda's team. You'll be as happy as I have been if you choose to work with Gulf Coast Preferred Reatly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2004 for approximately $275K in Largo, FL.
Brenda's team worked with us several years ago. She had a property for us to look at based on some online house searches we had made. My wife and I flew down from Newport Rhode Island and met Brenda at the house location. When we drove up to the house, she was shaking her head in the "No" direction. Our hearts sank. It was not what we had expected. But Brenda came up with a plan. She volunteered to drive us around (in her car) to look at other possibilities that we had also found online. After 2 days of driving and looking, and with Brenda's knowledge ot he real estate market and houses in general, we found just what we were looking for!! Now that is dedication. She did well representing us through the remainder of the process and we have had the house happily since then. I would recommend her and her team in a heartbeat.
