Sold a home in 2013.
Brenda was recommended to us by another realtor, a kudo in itself! And she lived up to everything we expected from her and did so with grace and style...a true class act. Our home was well represented and widely displayed for possible buyers. I know that Brenda handled many phone calls, faxes and emails on our behalf. We are very thankful for her assistance in the sale of our home!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Salem, OR.
I listed my house with Brenda in September, and it was sold in January, which is pretty good in today's market. I found her very professional and she always kept me up to date on everything. She has a great personality and I definitely would recommend her any time

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Stayton, OR.
Brenda and his team were instrumental in getting our Stayton home sold. From the beginning---setting a price, explaining what we could do to increase the likelihood of a sale---she helped us through the process. In the end the house was sold. If we were there again we'd be calling on her.

Mary Gries, our agent, was extremely helpful in addressing our preferences and needs.
We couldn't have done it without her. After two years of looking and having financing issues or changes to where we wanted to look in Oregon, Mary stuck with us and the result was a wonderful home in a good location.

Brenda was a delight to work with. She's very knowledgeable and I trusted her judgement on every aspect of the sale of my mother's farm. She promised to sell the property within a 60-90 day timeframe and she delivered!.

Our experience with Bonebrake and Co. LLC was nothing but wonderful. Leslie Stewart kept us informed on everything that was going on with all the transactions. Bought a home in 2012.
I simply cannot recommend the Brenda Bonebrake and Sandy Edwards team highly enough. We worked with Leslie Stewart on buying our first home which we feared would be a difficult process. Leslie educated us on every step right away, and made us feel very comfortable when it came to finding a home. We were not only able to find the exact property we were looking for in our price range, but were able to close in a month thanks to Leslie's experience and knowledge. I can't thank Leslie enough for all her hard work and I would HIGHLY recommend her or anyone else on the team.
