Bought a home in 2012.
BUYING FIRST HOME AND DIDNT KNOW WHERE TO START, BRENDA AND LEE TOOK ME BY THE HAND HELPED ME THOUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. TREATED ME LIKE I WAS THERE ONLY CUSTOMER. MANY AFTER 8PM CALL WAS ALWAYS A SECOND AWAY.

Brenda was the perfect choice for out of town buyers. Her knowledge of the local markets is unmatched and her honesty in accessing property values made all the difference in our decision. We purchased a foreclosure property and Brenda maneuvered us through every complicated step and made all the signing effortless through the internet. We were outbid on our first attempt at the property but Brenda stayed informed on the process (on her own) and informed us immediately when it fell out of escrow. Her tenacity, technical knowledge, and genuine concern resulted in us buying our "dream house". We didn't know Brenda before we started this quest but now trust her completely and consider her our first new friend in Idaho. Bought a home in 2012.
We found a few properties we were interested in viewing. Brenda responded promptly and provided all pertinent information. Brenda set up the viewing and came prepared with all the paperwork necessary to make an offer. She also gave us a folder, tablet of paper and pen :-) Brenda was very thorough and always had our best interest in mind. Even after the purchase, Brenda sent us a phone book and provided a special key delivery system that met our needs. As far as we are concerned, Brenda is the BEST realtor and associate broker!
