Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Albany, OR.Summary:
Brent and Marie Boyter are dear friends.....but we did not know them before we started looking for homes in the Corvallis area. What began as an inquiry to a phone number on a 'For Sale' sign blossomed into a a dear friendship.....and also a beautiful new home. My wife and I took over a year to find just the right home. I joked with Brent... if he divided the hours he has invested with us searching for homes by his final commission, it comes out to less than minimum wage! Not sure that makes financial sense from an accountant's point of view, but that was immaterial to Brent. His true and only concern was helping us find a home. We were coming in from out of state and we really did not know who to trust looking for properties. Well the Good Lord was looking out for us when I called Brent's number on that for sale sign. Character and integrity are very important to me but in Brent you get the added bonus of years of real estate experience and excellent advice/judgement. The good nature and great sense of humor is just icing on the cake. Did I mention that Brent thinks I'm a swell guy too? We had a lot of fun looking for homes over a year and a half. If you're coming from out of state or from Grant's Pass, take an old sea captain's (I really am a captain) advice and give Brent a call. You won't be dissapointed.

Brent is a very knowledgable and hard working agent. He consistantly went the extra mile for us. We listed our home with him during a time that homes in our price point ($500,000) we not moving. He featured our home in advertizing, showed it and encouraged other agents to show it. We were able to sell it and move on. The credit goes to Brent.
