I have lived in Denver for over five years and can officially call Denver "home". Since I moved here I have studied the real estate market religiously and have been able to show clients my knowledge and passion for the business while helping my clients find the right fit.
I live and "specialize" in the Washington Park area although I work all over the Denver metro.
I grew up in Kansas City and graduated from the University of Kansas. Before I began working in Real Estate I worked in pharmaceutical sales. I learned a lot by working so closely with a large number of doctors. Some were good, some were beyond great, and some were so-so. This is like any profession. However, picking the right doctor is a very important decision. There were several doctors that I would have no problem recommending to my family- in fact, I would encourage my family to see a particular doctor that went above and beyond.
I mention this because this is what I strive to be as Real Estate agent and in handling what is likely to be my client's biggest investment in their lives. I want my clients to be able to recommend me hands down to their closest family and friends. This is what drives me and why I always have my client's best interest at heart.
While working with buyers I will listen to what is important to you and do everything in my power to find what you are looking for. Due to the lack of inventory in the Denver area right now, this might take a little while; however, I will be the first to alert you when a new property is on the market (or many times I will know before a property goes on the market).
When working with sellers I will listen to your thoughts, wants and needs throughout the transaction. Moving can be emotional and I know you have had a lot of good memories in your home. My goal is to make it as easy and as profitable for you and your family as possible.
