Brent was a trusted adviser to us. He was patient and level-headed throughout our long search (which lasted more than a year). He was very objective in his evaluations and opinions of each property we looked at. For example, we were under contract on a house and later found unexpected issues. We were thinking hard about repairs and fixes, but Brent wisely advised us to re-evaluate the entire house and think about how we would feel about these issues in the future. Based on his guidance, we withdrew our offer and eventually found the best house for us. He did a lot of research (neighborhoods, future construction and traffic patterns, school plans, etc.) and helped us put together the strongest (and most advantageous) offers during our search. Brent also has a deep and solid network of professionals and service providers that any home buyer would need during the search process (i.e., inspectors, structural engineers, mortgage brokers).
