Brett was the consummate professional. I interviewed a number of agents for the sale of my house and chose Brett because my sense was he was the most honest and straightforward of the agents I met. He is also a master of marketing - look at the quality of the photos and videos he posts and dedicated website he puts up for homes. His videos aren't just a montage of sweeping photos with cheesy music. They're real videos. He has represented many, many sellers or buyers in Del Mar. It was important to me to use a broker who really knew Del Mar, and Brett ticks all the boxes. He isn't they typical salesman with an overactive vocal engine who pretends to be your best friend. He doesn't waste your time shovelling baloney - he tells it to you straight up. But he is very tactful. He doesn't trash talk other brokers (like so many do). He prefers to show his mettle with actions rather than words. I'm a NYer by background and therefore I tended to get a bit hyper and stressed during the sales process. Brett's unflappable nature and cool head calmed me when I was bugging out. Frankly, I wouldn't use anyone else the next time the need arises.
