Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Riverside, CA.
First of all, Brett you are so AWESOME!! I want to start with thank you for all your hard work and helping me find my dream home.
Brett is a terrific and a very professional realtor/agent. He is very good in what he do and always very helpful. Buying a home is a very stressful experience, especially when the market is very competitive and rising. There has been many times, I wanted to give up but he stuck by me with patience and persistence, even though it took me some time to find the right home! Once we see a house in the market, he’s right there with me and assist me all way. He always looking out for my best interest and is very honest. Brett has an excellent communications and prompt responses throughout the process. It was a wonderful experience with Brett and he treated me with respect. I found Brett to be professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, easy to work with and always available, just a phone call away.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.
I must say that Brett made this home purchase experience as painless as possible. With the low inventory, rising home prices and bidding wars going on in Orange County, Brett with his knowledge and expertise of the current market conditions wrote up a well thought out offer well below the asking price that was accepted by the seller. He also got me a $2,300 credit for repairs at closing even though it was agreed the house was being sold as is. Brett was never pushy. He always gave me all the information on a property and answered any questions I had but ultimately left it up to me to make any decisions. He even promises a home warranty plan whether provided by the seller or by himself. Brett definitely performed beyond my expectations. One thing is for shure, you definitely want him on your side. Brett, my wife and I sincerely want to thank you. We'll definitely call you again if we have any other future real estate needs. Best wishes and much success.

I found him by accident, when I inquired about a house on Zillow LATE one night. The next morning--EARLY--he called me to tell me that that house was actually sold and how to find another using services he could steer me towards. From that point on, we were on the same page. I could search live MLS listings and find properties that met my criteria. No matter what I came up with, he was always available to help me get in to see these houses and help me figure out values and prices. More importantly, he helped me feel secure in delving into the complexities of the current market--with short sales, bank-owned properties, and the increased competition all in play. He is on top of all of it, and he is VERY efficient, as the current market demands. Thanks to him--and all the resources at his fingertips--I'm now the happy owner of a house that meets all my needs.
