Its kind of funny how I met Bryan and Brett. Bryan called my wife and left her a message saying he may have a buyer for my house. I thought “no way” and almost deleted the message after I listened to it but, thought what do I have to lose by calling him back? I called Bryan back and he told me he had learned about my pending foreclosure and I briefly explained my situation. Bryan intrigued me. My career takes me in very interesting directions and most everyone I talk to lies to me. I thought, there is something about this guy and I don’t think I am being fed any bologna. I thought what the heck and we met for lunch a couple of days later. I went into my story even deeper. Me and my family had moved out of the house 16 months earlier and we were all emotionally done with the house. I had tried for several years and several different ways but, the banks just would not work with me. I had no fight left for the house and we were trying to go forward in our life. There was also a second mortgage on the property which based on past property values made it unsellable, per past real-estate agents. I checked with the second holder bank and learned due to the pending foreclosure the second lien was going to be removed from the title sometime within the next 90 days, (when the property forecloses) and I was going to receive a 1099C. Bryan was persistent and a few weeks later he went down to the County Records Office and learned the second lien was removed. (Remember, I don’t believe anyone and still don’t care.) I conferred with a couple of friends in the bank and real estate business and was told this is real. Bryan and Brett provided a few different options from investing a little money into the house, (paint, landscape and carpets and partnering with us) to just a standard sale. Once the second lien was removed Bryan and Brett believed they could sell it and make more money than we originally expected. They listed my house in the condition it was in and sold it in just 9 days for $81,0000.00 more than I expected. My wife never believed this was happening until she looked into our bank account after the wire transfer and saw the amount. I was thoroughly amazed by Bryan, Brett and his team. It was very refreshing to work with a team of people who truly had my best interests at heart. Bryan, Brett and team, I can’t thank you guys enough!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.35M in Morgan Hill, CA.

Brett Jennings contacted us after selling two homes on the street that runs parallel to ours & having another listed with him & his Team. He saw that we'd had our home & small horse property listed 31/2 years previously and inquired about the possibility of our relisting it. My husband and I had been discussing the possibility yet my husband was inclined to wait another year. He did agree to hear what Brett & his associate, Jeff Sawhill, had to say. We were a little reluctant to begin the process again after an unsuccessful almost sale after which we decided to take it off the market and wait. Sold a home in 2015 in Cambrian Park, San Jose, CA 95118.

We are real estate investors. Brett and his Team helped us to sell our property in San Jose. The house was outdated and needs work. Their partner contractor is helping to renovate it. We are more than half way done on the project and and very happy with Brett and his team. Highly recommended for any investors looking for knowledgeable agent to sell their properties.

Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $625K in Willow Glen, San Jose, CA.

I am not sure that words can express how AMAZING our experience was. We needed to sell our current house and get in another one in a short time as my wife is pregnant. Everything happened so fast and so perfect. We found an amazing house and we sold ours. I am a veteran and the thought of a VA loan in the past wasn't that easy, but that didn't phase the Jennings team. Thee best realtor team in the bay. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $450K in Hollister, CA.

Brett and his Team helped me sell our property in Hollister. The house had been rented and the tenant left it a complete mess. Their team helped me renovate it from top to bottom. They had all the resources and their contractors did an amazing job. They also offered financial assistance in our remodel. We didn't have the money to finance such a huge job, and it allowed us to get the highest sales price possible. That along with the marketing by Brett and his team we were able to sell the property for well over the list price, and it was sold and closed quickly once the work was complete.
