Bought a home in 2010.

Summary:

Honest about his own opinion about the valuation of the homes we are looking at, as opposed to pushing us into a purchase just to make his commission. Very patient as we've looked at a lot of houses, made offers on a couple, but not been able to match other offers. We did finally close on some cheap beach property with Daniel's help, but it was a random find, outside of his normal area.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175k in Vashon, WA.

Summary:

Daniel was instrumental in out getting the vacation house of our dreams for less than the asking price. He was alway available by phone and moved the negotiations along to the happy conclusion. He came to our home when it was convenient for us and was discrete and professional in all our dealings.

I am focusing my efforts in following the market in South Seattle Neighborhoods.
I have twenty years of buying selling and managing residential real estate. I have worked in local government permitting agencies as a planner and development review engineer. For the last six years I have been involved with all phases of property development from the subdivision to the finished houses.
