Sold a home in 2012.
Brian Belcher is by far the HARDEST AND SMARTEST AGENT I have ever met in my 20 + years of buying and selling real estate. I only wish had met him back then!

Upon our arrival and move to NC we sold/bought 5 properties. Brian found us a home over 7 years ago the we now have as a rental. He also helped us find a new home for our friends that relocated here as well.

His expertise in selling is OUTSTANDING. Everyone that I have recommended to him has been VERY impressed. Not only impressed, but got results (THEY SOLD)

On at least 3 referrals that I passed over to him - he sold them in less than a month and had the entire closing arranged. ALL of my references have been ELATED at the work he did.

Brian not only knows real estate, but also knows people.

If you want to try the rest first - you are mistaken. In this market you need an agent that will save you time. TIME is not replaceable.

I had one referral that did NOT use Brian waited over a year to finally choose him. It cost over $25K in losses due to poor marketing. This realtor didn't answer calls on weekends.

Later, when Brian got the contract, he had the property properly marketed and sold it in 30 days or less and got full asking price. (a cash deal in 2 weeks!)

I had another friend, needed urgently to relocate - Brian came in marketed the house and 2 or 3 weeks - SOLD..

Another 2 referrals had a difficult short sale and HAD to sell - Brian got the whole thing done and this allowed our friends to move on in life. They are so relieved to have had this issue resolved with Brian's help.

Personally, we needed to sell out of our residence (house was too big !) 4 years ago - we tried other realtors - Nothing ! Lost a full year.

Brian, came in and in a week we got the sellers (relocating here) in and got the actual signed contract in 18 days. We got our investment back and made some even during the declining market.

Don't make a mistake and let just anyone try to market your home. Call Brian. You won't regret it. He and his wife are honest, and are available. You don't want to trust your biggest investment in an amateur. His team is great ! Look at his records.

Ask your agent how many homes has he/she sold over the last 3 years. I did and during the hard times some agents told me that they sold 5 or 6 homes. During that same year (about 2 years ago or even last year) Briand had over 50 homes sold.

If you don't feel comfortable with reading this, then call him and meet him. You'll know what I'm writing. Some people are naturals and others are trying. Go with the proven track record. Brian and Beth - "B and B"

Happy New Year 2013 and thank you to Brian for all his hard work over the years !!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Ballantyne East, Charlotte, NC.
Moved to the Charlotte area in February 2012 due to a job transfer. Having little notice of our pending relocation and having just a few days to find a new home, My wife and I needed someone who was willing to work overtime with us to make sure we were able to take what is normally a time comsuming process and get it done it about a weekend. Oh, and did I mention we would also be first time home-owners, having lived in Condos in Miami for the past 3 years and being newly married.

Brian worked with me all weekend, including Sunday to take me around to all of the homes that he had selected for us after speaking numerous times with him over the phone and narrowing down our search Criterea.

After selecting a home while I was here and my wire was still in Miami, Brian Degotiated a longer due-diligance period to allow time for my wife to see the home for the first time and make a final decision for close on the house.

After the house selection process was completed Brian was able to negotiate a price that we would have never thought possible for that house as well as get some money down for closing.

I would recommend Brian to anyone and will garantee that he will be our selling agent as well when it come time to relocate again!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $325K in Mint Hill, NC.
Purchasing our home, with Brian Belcher as our agent, was the most positive experience we've ever had with a realtor. Brian was reccomended to us by another one of his clients. We immediately felt Brian's honesty and professionalism. At the same time we felt like Brian was an old friend. Brian helped us relocate to North Carolina from Florida. We put a contract down on a Short Sale. Brian kept us informed every step of the way. We felt as though he was a trusted friend that would take care of us through our relocation. He was up to date on all of the procedures and advanced software available to process as much of the paperwork as possible for the purchase of our home here in NC while still living in FL. With Brian, there were no surprises. We closed on our home in NC, being a Short Sale, in 3 1/2 months. Anyone looking for a true real estate professional that is honest, hard working, committed to helping you find the right home, while walking you through the whole process, please contact Brian Belcher. You won't be disappointed!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Charlotte, NC.
I recently moved to the Charlotte area from overseas. Not being familiar with the area and not knowing anyone here. I had an idea of the type of neighborhood and type of home that I was looking for from research on the internet. I reached out to a few realtors via email. The feeling that I got from some of the other realtors was that they only interested in a quick sell and not in finding what I was looking for. I pick Brian because he was clear and professional with explaining the in and outs of purchasing a new home. There were no added surprises. I saw many homes before making my final decision. On my final move to Charlotte with my family. I had a problem with my rental car reservation and was stranded at the airport hotel. I knew only Brian so I gave him a call and explained the situation. I had planned on buying a car in a couple of days after arriving. Brian called a couple of dealerships and had them pick us up from the hotel. By the end of the day I had purchased a new car. Not only had we found realtor we found a friend. With out his help our move could have turned into a nightmare. Trust me when I say there is not a better realtor in the Charlotte area!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Matthews, NC.
I was referred to Brian from a co-worker and as soon as I sent an email to him, he responded within an hour - quite a first impression! After we spoke and I gave him the basics of what type of home I was looking for, he put me on his list to receive new listing updates. As I progressed in reviewing properties, we narrowed it down. We went out looking only 1 day and saw 7 homes in total. The one I loved was priced too high, but we figured out a good price to offer. The offer was accepted verbally first and then via contract just 2 days later! I purchased the home for 12% less than listed price PLUS the owner paid $5K of my closing costs. The first thing we did was to get the appraisal before spending money on an inspection - it came in $5K higher than my contract price - not bad! The inspection was next and I used the inspector he referred - that also went smoothly. All in all, I am very pleased with the services I received - Brian is an excellent negotiator, which is exactly what you need in this market. He answered every question I had very promptly, which means a lot when purchasing a home. I highly recommed Brian - you won't be sorry!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Matthews, NC.
Brian is a consummate realtor. Not only is he prompt and professional he is also very personable. Brian is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the home buying process and an expert negotiator. He made the home buying process seamless and easy. He treats every clients purchase as if it were his own paying attention to every detail and leaving no stone unturned. I am healthcare provider who owns his own practice.... so I know all about patient care and instilling in every patient the fact that I am looking out for their best interest. I got the same feeling from Brain the moment I met him. He truly cares about the individual and not just "the sale". For this reason alone I would highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to purchase a home. I thoroughly enjoyed the home buying process and the fact that Brian saved me over $22,000 while doing it made it that much better.

Bought a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $225K in Providence Estates East, Matthews, NC.
Brian is an amazing professional that goes above and beyond to exceed your expectations. We contacted Him from Florida when searching the internet to relocate in NC. He was always there when I had a question about the area and sympathized with my concerns about schools and neighborhoods since we have a son (who was 4 at that time and ready to start Kindergarten). He was so great that we decided to travel and meet with him to see the Matthews/Charlotte area. Brian went beyond my expectations, as a Realtor he is honest and a very competent professional with an absolute knowledge of the area, very patient with my requests, doubts and daily challenges. He found the perfect home for us, was on top of every detail and helped us to do the walkthrough. He got the house in record time and at an absolute fantastic price due to his negotiations with the developer. After moving to the city we didn?t just have our home but also a dear friend who is the key of our great experience of living in a fantastic Matthews community with the best school in the area for my son. We can never thank Brian enough for being such a great person, that's why he is our "Friend and Realtor for Life"

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $375K in Fort Mill, SC.
Brian did a great job helping us find our new home in Charlotte. Wehad relocated here from Baltimore and knew we wanted to live in the south Charlotte area. He was knowledgeable about the area. He let us know of any upcoming construction, length of construction, and plans for road expansions in the areas we were looking at. He worked very hard to help us find a nice home in our budget. He was very personable and paid close attention to our wants. Not to mention my husband and I enjoyed his company on our many trips to homes in the area.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $450K in Mount Holly, NC.
We were new to the Charlotte area from a relocation for work. In the months leading up to our move, we were searching properties on the internet. We had initially inquired on two properties for which Brian was the listing agent. We always received very timely (almost instant in most cases) and informative follow-up on not only his listings, but suggestions for different communities to consider. When we finally made our move to Charlotte we selected Brian as our agent because out of the dozens we had interaction with on different properties during the months prior, he truly stood out from the rest in knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness. Brian exceeded our expectations and has a true passion for real estate which clearly showed through during our search for a new home. We have recommended Brian many times to others moving into the area and their feedback has been equally impressive.
