Whether I'm helping a client buy or sell a primary residence or their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th investment, I'm excited they're controlling a large, appreciating, highly tax-advantaged asset with as little as 3.5% to 20% of their own money.

My strongest passion in real estate is helping a client, whether a traditional owner-occupant or turn-key investor, to truly diversify his/her retirement portfolio. This is a truth whether my client is a traditional homeowner occupant or a turn-key, hands-off investor. 

Therefore, when I use the word,  "investor", I mean every buyer, seller, or landlord for whom I work!  If a home is purchased using logic, not emotion, it is purchased for the correct price.  The same is true for selling. 

Having said this, my goal is to help investors position a portion of their assets outside the Wall Street "umbrella". Contrary to "REITS, stocks, bonds, mutual funds, CD's, Precious Metals, and Annuities", Residential Rental Property is the tangible hands-off investment with real book value, and a large monthly dividend check. Holding rental property in an LLC provides true diversification. Highly tax-advantaged rental homes are especially exciting in Phoenix as real estate is appreciating but not yet too far off its bottom. The historically low Interest rates make rental property managed by proven firms associated with OZ Realty in low-tax Phoenix an easy decision. 

For traditional home buyers the current climate bodes very well!  You'll enjoy low interest rates, low property taxes, and ownership income tax advantages in a region projected for appreciation, thanks to demand created by 10 years of high-wage job growth and other population growth.

      Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Queen Creek, AZ.
      We found Brian to be extremely accommodating to meet our schedule for looking at houses. I also felt that Brian went above and beyond with assisting us with getting service quotes for items we noticed needed attention on houses we were interested in to help us make a more informed decision and offer.       Helped me rent a home.
      I moved to Chicago and was in dire straits to find a place to live. Mr. Long was kind enough to take me around to a number of locations before I decided on a three-flat in the tony Ukrainian Village neighborhood. In addition to making the paperwork process as simple as possible, he even helped me locate local movers to get into the apartment. He then proceeded to check on how I was doing several times over next several months to insure the apartment was satisfactory to my needs. When I decided to move to the suburbs I asked for his assistance, and he again assisted me in finding a place and arranged a moving company.       Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $325K in Desert View, Cave Creek, AZ.
      My wife and I recently relocated from Cave Creek to Gilbert and we used Brian to handle the sale of our existing house and to find us our new home. Brian created an amazing video tour and employed a variety of creative methods to market our property.
