Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Beaver Dam, WI.
A pleasure to work with, far beyond my expectations. His knowledge of construction, remodeling, and maintaining a residence helped to reassure my home was exactly what I purchased. But I believe his best quality was working with me to find that perfect home. He never was pushing me into a sale and would always point out the flaws that he found, he probably found more problems then the home inspector on my purchase. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Beaver Dam, WI.
We were first time homebuyers, new to the area, and had also had a less than positive experience with a different realtor when we attempted to buy previously in a different community. I asked a co-worker if they had any recommendations on realtors in the area, and they recommended Brian. I believe in personal recommendations, so I read his reviews on Zillow, and took the advice of my co-worker and contacted Brian.
He agreed to help us, and we set up numerous viewings. Brian worked to understand the type and price of home we were looking for. He asked a number of questions to get better understanding of our needs. He never pressured us into looking at or purchasing any of the homes, but on the contrary, would point out things in homes that he felt were or could be issues, but it was always from an un-biased, third party, perspective. As we were looking, he also provided us with new listing updates, and reccomendations on homes he felt we might be interested in. He was prompt in setting up viewings on our schedule.
When we decided to make an offer on our home, he walked us through every step. As our buyer's agent, HE WORKED FOR US. We were able to purchase our home at the price we wanted and were able to work with the seller's, and seller's agent, to get work done on the home that we asked for. Brian also worked with our loan officer and bank to provide the necessary documentation to get our loan done in a timely fashion. Brian has great connections in the local real estate, maintenance/construction, banking, insurance, home inspection, and title businesses that he again provided us with multiple options to get service with various firms, all in a low-pressure, third party observation, manner. Needless to say, we had no issues purchasing our home, securing our loan, and meeting our closing timeline.
So, I know this is very long review. But, to summarize, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing Brian French to be your realtor for his hard work ethic, integrity, and responsibility to us as his clients throughout the entire home purchasing process. Brian French is an outstanding realtor.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $25K in Beaver Dam, WI.
My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received from Brian. Being an out of state buyer added some interesting aspects to the buying process and Brian was very accommodating in assuring the purchase went as smoothly as possible.He answered our questions and concerns promptly, which often times eased our anxieties as long distance buyers. Little things like meeting with the carpet people before we arrived helped immensely in assuring our home was move in ready when we arrived. Our buying experience was as worry free as possible for anyone buying a home.
