Brian was excellent to work with. Prior to Brian being our agent, we spent six months with another agent who showed very little interest in marketing our house. Brian jumped in, showed our house often and did a great job of marketing the features of our house. We listed with Brian in September. In the next four months we had three offers on our house, an accepted offer in January, and closed the deal in February. We had so little to do in the process, Brian took care of everything. We were out of state so unable to be present for the process. Brian emailed us everything we needed and took care of all the paperwork in Wisconsin, met with the inspectors. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone thinking of selling their house.
