Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in La Habra Heights, CA.
My sister and I were very happy with Brian as our realtor. His professionalism and hard efforts are highly appreciated.. He easily handled the complexities of a Probate sale . He graciously took the house off the market when a close family member became ill, and he patiently resumed the sale of the house a year later when that family member improved. He was able to price it right, and we received several good offers. We are very happy and grateful to Brian Horan.

Sold a home in 2013.
Brian was my buyers agent when I purchased my property in Redondo Beach and the thing that set him apart was his thoughtfulness and consideration for my families needs. I don't think I was the easiest buyer to deal with in a sellers market and he was able to assist me with my negotiations. Brian's ability to communicate and listen was essential in us getting our dream home. Years later, and still in touch with each other, when I sold my home there was no other Broker I would consider to help me through a difficult short sale. Brian's integrity and knowledge made it effortless and was able to strike a deal that was a win, win, win. I plan to purchase a new home soon and all I can say is that I don't need to look for another Broker Agent that knows the South Bay and real estate contract negotiations better than Brian Horan. I highly recommend him as a broker and don't be surprised if you end up friends.

Brian helped me and my wife with are first home purchase. What a great help he was and we landed much more of a house that we though we could afford with his help getting the price down. No plans on selling but without question Brian is our guy if we every do. Really great agent, truly concerned for your best interest, highly recommend.

Sold a home in 2013.
Brian approaches his clients as friends, first. We have been fortunate to work with him on 2 home transactions in the South Bay. Our working relationship has been so good, that we have also hired Brian as our property manager.

First, you will work with Brian and not get handed off to an assistant. He manages the right amount of properties to maintain a personal touch with you. He never appears to "be too busy" for your needs.

Brian is smart and understands the South Bay market really well. He is honest about what to buy and how to sell. With a hot market his creativity shines. Brian has "positioned" us differently in multiple bidding situations so we stand out.

The thing I like best about Brian, is his calm, cool, collected nature. Home purchasing is stressful and Brian helps you keep a level head. Then, when it comes down to negotiations, he is firm and aggressive where necessary.

For property management, he does it all. He works hard to find tenants, qualify the right people and ultimately get them rented. Our property care is never in question either. It's not above Brian to help fix, clean or trouble shoot various needs of our property.

Chemistry is everything. Consider Brian so you can see if he would be a good fit for your real-estate needs. He is excellent for us.

Bought a home in 2014.
I was referred to Brian from my sister and her husband who had used him to sell and buy a new home from and they loved him. So I decided to use him also. Brian was great to work with. I am disabled and he understand and worked with me what the best times were for me to go and view the properties I wanted to see. When I found the one I loved he was quick to jump on getting the offer to the other agent because he knew how much I wanted that property. He also got me a great price on the deal! I would not hesitate to recommend Brian he is a hard working, very nice man that has your best interests at heart.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.
I'm not just "highly likely to recommend" Brian: I already have recommended him. I was referred to Brian by a friend and I passed on the favor to another friend. Brian is a real estate professional who knows the right questions to ask, what the answers mean, and what to do about those answers. He's unfailingly polite and respectful, even in the face of rude buyers and incompetent agents, and is as reliable as anyone I've encountered in the real estate industry. If I'm going to buy, sell, or rent again anywhere where Brian works, I know he's a phone call away and I'll only be making one call.

Bought a Condo home in 2006 in Rolling Hills Estates, CA.
Brian was my realtor for my first home purchase. I actually tentatively started with another realtor, but after meeting Brian, I realized quickly the difference in experience level and knowledge. He wasn't pushy at all and actually discouraged me from switching if I had already started with someone else. He's just that kind of guy. He became not only my realtor, but also provided me with education as well about the whole process and was always patient in answering all my questions. I purchased my home 8 years ago and we still keep in touch to this day. What really impressed me about Brian was his ability to negotiate the deal and to help the seller see me as more than just a potential buyer or a dollar sign, but rather a person they wanted to sell to.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $575K in Redondo Beach, CA.
This was my 2nd transaction with Brian and I can honestly say that if I had to do it again, I wouldn't work with anyone else. It was interesting to see the difference and the knowledge Brian showed me as a Buyers Agent and then as our Selling Agent. I was single when I purchased and the market was red hot at that time. Brian went above and beyond and I'm not quite sure how he did it but my offer edged out everybody else's and I was able to get in the property I wanted. I then got married and started a family so we decided to move across the country. It was a big move and it was impressive to see the Marketing and stellar Photography that Brian organized when we Sold. From his marketing efforts, we had over a 100 agents in our home in the first week. That generated multiple offers and I wouldn't say the transaction was the smoothest but none of that was because of Brian. In fact, if he had not kept us aware of the possible curve balls that could come up and then when they did come up, it would have been overwhelming. Excellent Communicator and very knowledgeable. Great job and I consider Brian to be not only my Real Estate Broker but also as a Friend. He looked out for us as if we were family.

Bought a Single Family home in 2005 for approximately $475K in Gardena, CA.
I knew Brian for several years before we actually purchased a house. It took some time for us to find the right place but we found something affordable and that I could fix up, which is exactly what I wanted. We love our home and are glad we live here. Like most people, our property was upside down for awhile and in speaking with Brian, I was able to keep a clear head and we ended up getting a Loan Modification. It just made sense to ride out the downturn and we are glad we did. When we Sell, or Buy, it's going to be with Brian and we are happy to see his success.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $500K in Hawthorne, CA.
I was a first-time buyer. Brian walked me through it and made it less painful than it could have been. No complaints. He kept in touch, took my desires into account, and followed through on stuff promptly.
