Bought a home in 2013.
We were delighted with the professionalism and his intuitive attention to what direction our interests ended up going while searching for a new home. Brian was able to show us options in several areas of Placida and was able to fine tune what he showed us based on our reaction to each. What we had planned on being a one to two year search ended up with an offer in less than two weeks and closing in four. Brian's knowledge of the area, and what was available, made the process so easy for us. We highly recommend him to anybody looking to sell or buy real estate. We will tell all of our friends and highly recommend him as the person to contact. We can't thank him enough.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $1.1M in Placida, FL.
Unbelievable! There aren't enough stars to rate our realtor! From day one he gave 100% to sell our home and find us another. He worked long and hard to make us very happy customers, smoothing the way during both transactions. He easily caught on to our vision and showed us only what fit our desires. Never too busy for us, always on top of it, very knowledgable, easy to work with -- all this with professionalism and a great attitude. Brian has his heart in his work as well, and we felt that from the start. We have already recommended Brian to friends.

Bought a home in 2012.
I contacted Brian to help me find a condo. He was very professional and at all times I felt comfortable with him. He is honest and reliable and I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone or recommend him for another real estate transaction.
The purchase was made from home in Massachusetts and my presence wasn't required and went off without a hitch.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $1.1M in Boca Grande, FL.
I am a retired Realtor myself, so my expectations are pretty high. Brian met and exceeded all of those expectations. His demeanor was professional, and he was more than skilled. His no-drama approach to the transaction made things very pleasant. I would recommend him highly to others. Note: I owned a property which was not on the market, and he approached me with a potential buyer. I did not go through a listing period with him, but he coordinated the transaction from the contract negotiations to closing. A+.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $875K in Boca Grande, FL.
We had an outstanding experience working with Brian over nearly five years until we found a property that was right for us. Over this period, Brian kept in touch and forwarded opportunities whenever he saw something that he thought might make sense for us. I think we saw every deal that came up during that time frame. His knowledge of Boca Grande real estate is immesuarable. What really stood out was his ability to see properties in a different light and point out where there might be value. He knows all the players (builders, architects, owners) and really helped us to land a great property. He is highly responsive, extremely pleasant/patient to work with, has a good humor about him and gave us excellent advice on the negotiation. He's aggressive and tireless without being overbearing. We could not have been more pleased.

Found Brian as a result of favorable Zillow favorable reviews from other home buyers. Gave him my wish list (price, location, home amenities, etc.) and he showed me only those home that fit the criteria. He was spot on as the the market price of the home I ultimately purchased. Subsequent to the purchase, has been instrumental in assisting with finding local contractors covering everything from lawn care service to pool maintenance. Due to his high professional standards and timely response to all my needs as an out of area home buyer in Placida, Florida, I highly recommend his services.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Placida, FL.
Brian is the most professional real estate person I have ever worked with. He is the consummate professional. He knows the area very well and will go to great lengths to answer questions. For instance, when we had questions about the room in an area when the sleeper couch is unfolded, he sent me pictures with measurements of the space. It made buying property in Florida from Ohio very easy. When we had questions about a bike path, he sent information from the county commissioners for verification. Brian replies back quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Brian.
