Sold a Multiple Occupancy home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Murray Hill, Milwaukee, WI.
I have worked together with Brian on several transactions. He has been a pleasure to work with in the East side, Brady st and Riverwest neighborhoods of Milwaukee. He has been very timely and responsive to answer questions I have had. He has done an impressive job of using creative solutions for my competative advantage in scorcing and in the offer to purchase process. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Brian. When I hear Brian on the other end of my phone I know I have leg up on my competition.
Brian does an excellent job. My experience with realtors has not been the best, but Brian follows through and puts in the extra effort many others don't. Brian also doesn't come across as just trying to get an extra $. In fact, if Brian didn't go the extra mile, our transaction would have fell through. Thanks Brian, you do great work.
Listed, but didn't sell my Condo home in 2013 in Northridge Lakes, Milwaukee, WI.
We inherited a condo from a friend who had passed away. We wanted a quick sale. In just a couple of weeks we received a very clean offer ( no inspection) that was close to our asking price. In addition, Brian also provided some great advice to properly "stage" the condo as well. There is no doubt we WOULD use Brian again whether buying or selling despite having other friends and connections in the real estate business.
I have worked with Brian for several years in buying multiple properties including a rental property and a primary residence. In working with Brian I have found that he is highly knowledgeable about the real estate process.
I first worked with Brian trying to buy a rental property. He has great experience with rental properties as he, himself owns rental properties. He helped me determine which properties made sense as far as cash flow and which properties would be a reach. After owning the property for about 2 years now I can say that I am still happy with the purchase and I owe that to the help that Brian provided in picking out the property.
When buying a primary residence we had varying work schedules and Brian went out of his way to accommodate our schedule and show us various homes on a short time frame. When viewing the home, he was vary knowledgeable about pros and cons both for living in the house and eventual resale. Every time we viewed a property with Brian his knowledge made it seem like we were doing a "mini-inspection", and getting a preview of what an inspector would eventually report. That helped when trying to get a feel for what costs would need to be addressed sooner than later within a house.
Lastly, whether its a primary residence or a rental property, Brian can help with finding skilled builders, roofers, inspectors, etc. I have asked for many recommendations from Brian and have not had a problem with any of his recommendations.
Brian was extremely helpful. He showed us the house quickly upon our request. Was helpful and knowledgable making our home buying experience a good one. He was very prompt in returning calls if he missed them, which was rare. He helped us navigate buying a foreclosed home. I would recommend him to anyone/everyone! He is also a down to earth nice guy which made it an absolute pleasure to work with! We are very thankful!!
Brian is one of the most exceptional Realtors I have ever worked with. Not only did he respond to my inquiry to look at homes for our cross-country relocation immediately (literally within 3 minutes of my email to him), he was exceedingly helpful and thorough. With our cross-country move, we had apprehensions about the process, but Brian put us at ease. His knowledge of the Milwaukee area and suburbs is beyond extensive and his ability to help narrow down the house-hunting process was very helpful. With a breadth of knowledge about house structures, property pros and cons, and clear and helpful advice, each showing was valuable in our process and we knew he would help us find the perfect place. In addition, he was particularly helpful in knowing when a house was appropriately priced and would have helped us negotiate a great deal. Unfortunately, our business opportunities brought us to another city unexpectedly, so we were unable to finish the home-buying process with Brian. However, if we could, we would have taken him with us to the new city to help us find a house there!! He is just that good!! Look no further, Brian Roslawski is a class A Realtor who cares for you as the client and is helpful, timely, and clearly a step above the rest!
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in New Berlin, WI.
Brian was very helpful in our first home buying experience. He was willing to show us numerous homes until we found the perfect house. He guided us through the process and made it much smoother then I expected! I would highly recommend Brian!
Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2011 in McGovern Park, Milwaukee, WI.
I have worked with Brian for three years. At first I thought Brian was just a realtor trying to make a buck. I have since realized that Brian is very experienced and very honest with me. I feel the advice he gives me is following the decisions he would make for himself, not just trying to make a one time sale. I started by working with Brian on a referral to buy my home. I have since continued to work with Brian and have bought three income properties through Brian and would never work with another realtor.
Brian is extremely knowledgeable of real estate and home construction. I found his judgement to be sound. He was responsive and accommodating during our home search. I will defiantly seek him out next time I need a real estate agent.
