Bought a home in 2012.
Brian gave up on our buying process once we had to many questions and needed to know all the in and outs as we haven't purchased a house for a while. Brian allowed are offer to expired and we miss out on our dream house. Now I need to see how to remove him as my agent as I'm locked in.

This is not a true and factual review. It is ashame somebody can just write anything. How do I know it is not a real review? All buyers have too many questions and agents answer them all. 1st time home buyers have more than anybody and this reviewer eludes to the fact they are not first time home buyers. Another reason is I do not even know what letting the offer expire means? No such thing. Lastly, need to remove me because we are locked in? Ahhh...nope, I have NEVER, EVER had a buyer sign a buyer agency contract locking them in so this is 100% false. Nice try and thanks for the 5 starts on the "local knowledge". Oh, what locale would that be anyway?

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Carnegie, PA.
We can't recommend Brian enough! And we will, to family, to friends, to everyone.
Brian turned our horrible past experience with a realtor/home selling into a fantastic experience and memory. He was extremely knowledgeable on where we should price our house at, and why we should price it there. He also gave us great tips on how to help make the house sell faster,.. and it did. We had it listed for 2 months last year and had 0 bites. Brian had it re-listed for 2-3 weeks and we had two buyers in a bidding war!
On the home buying side, Brian was quick to schedule us viewings and enthusiastic to show us more. Again, he's a genius when it comes to the area's housing market and was able to give us great advice on the area's where we were looking and home value before we placed an offer.
The main reason we love Brian is how we managed 2 closings on back to back days in a short time frame. We had already accepted an offer on our home and were running out of time to close on a new home without needing to be "homeless" for an extended period of time. In less than a month we were able to find our dream home and schedule 2 closings back to back in almost an effortless manor.
We'll always appreciate the fact that Brian was always so prompt to reply to our questions and concerns. We also appreciate that Brian actually listened to us, to what we wanted, and what we needed. He's always on the top of his game, and he always there whenever you need him,.... unless he's doing some crazy Spartan Race!
A very smooth transaction from start to finish.
I hope we don't need his services again for a long time, but we can only hope that when we do, he won't already be retired!…More Less

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Pittsburgh, PA.
We needed to sell an estate quickly and Brian was prompt and efficient in getting the listing on the market. His listing info included the maximum number of pictures not to mention a narrated video that highlighted the outside and inside of the property. We liked his use of technology to market the property.
