Helped me rent a Multi Family home in Coraopolis, PA.Summary:

Response from Brian
These guys were great to work for. I found them via the Facebook referral network & contacted their agent in FLA before I went out for a run. I will admit that I did not know it was a lease vs. a purchase at first. An agent around here passed on the referral because to be quite honest there really is no $ in leasing but after speaking to their agent it seemed like a great opportunity to help out somebody in need. As Mike stated, there were states away with a VERY tight time frame. I just technology to make it happen & we got em in! Unfortunately I STILL have never met them as everything was handled online! Glad everything worked out for them!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Indianapolis, IN.Summary:
Efficient, motivated, and aggressive. Brian is very accessible, punctual, and willing to work for the client. For example, our car was in for repair one week, so he offered to pick us up to see properties of interest the whole week. He communicates very well, keeps you connected, and you can be direct with him. Also, even when the process of negotiation gets a little challenging, he will listen and act to help you reach your ideal price and goal. Overall, we highly recommend Brian as a buying agent.

Response from Brian
Not sure why it says he bought a home in Indy but I can assure you it was Pittsburgh. This buyer was a tough one and his review reflects that. We went in "aggressive" on the offer price citing everything from comparable properties to recent crime stats. The negotiation process definitely got challenging as it was a vacant house that was the family home with a ton of emotional attachment! He was also very direct with me as I remember him & his g.f. in my office yelling at me (not because of anything I did but rather the sellers & sellers agent aggravating him) trying to bail as negotiations got tough but I kept cool & suggested a different tactic & it worked. The purchase price of this place was under $80k.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200k in Sewickley, PA.Summary:
If you are like me, choosing a realtor can be a daunting task. Pick the wrong one and you take the chance of losing money or more importantly time. Unfortunately, my wife and I chose the wrong realtor. Our home was listed with another realtor for over a year with only five showings and no offers. I spent several weeks researching new realtors to re-list our property. I came across Brian Teyssier on Zillow. I read the recommendations people had posted and decided to interview him. I truly liked what he had to say and especially liked his out of the box ideas for marketing our house. We took a chance and listed our property with him.
You might be thinking that Brian suggested that we lower our price when we re-listed with him, well he did...by only $133.00. He felt the odd price would draw attention to the listing and referenced a recent study that claimed odd numbers drew higher selling prices. This is an example of the type of out of the box thinking I was talking about. He also offered suggestions for some easy, inexpensive updates to our home prior to re-listing it and even offered to assist us with them!
When we decided to rent out our current home instead of sell, Brian was right there with us, asking us the right questions to make sure we were doing the right thing for us, not him, us. He even offered assistance with in setting us up with a property manager.
As we went through the process of buying our new home, Brian again was right by our side. Never in the way or out of touch, he provided exactly the right amount of support and guidance to us through the whole process. He was never more than a phone call, email or text away.
Brian offers the type of service one might expect from a realtor if you were listing a million dollar property, however, my listing price was less than $100,000. I am truly grateful to Brian for his guidance and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

These clients are more than clients, they have become friends. They have a son, Ian a little younger than my daughter and we all met down at the Houston Pumpkin festival and had fun. I remember Kris wanted me to meet him at the new place before taking possession to measure for a fridge. I figured if I was going to go above & beyond a little I would get something in return. Kris' wife signed up for the Pittsburgh half marathon who is a runner & Kris signed up for the 5k, who is not a runner. I told him in order for me to meet him, he would have to go for a 1 mile run from the property in order to gain access. He took the challenge! Good job Kris & good luck at the race!

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
I am an IT Technology Manager) and so I am a big advocate of technology for everything. Before I chose a real estate agent to sell my house, I was going to use the internet to search for the "best in class". I spent 2 months and many hours, reading surveys and reviews on 100's of real estate agents in Pittsburgh before selecting Brian. I had printed out at least 200 pages of information on every real estate agent and then I ranked them based on this information. Brian Teyssier rose to the top, well ahead of every other agent in Pittsburgh from my research. Then came time to call Brian. I called him and when I got his voice mail, I ended up not leaving a message... thinking I would just call him back. To my suprise, he ended up calling me back.. even though I did not leave him a message. I was very impressed. He spent a great deal of time talking with me that first day (and every day after that until I sold my house) and immediately we had an appointment for him to come see my house. Brian was the most responsive professional I have ever met in any field. He constantly called me back, emailed me, texted me, no matter how many times I called him.. no matter what time of the day or night. He was always there for me, no matter how many questions I had or no matter how much I called (and I called alot). Brian always left me feeling confident he would see my house. He was the most honest and sincere real estate agent I have ever met. He cared about my house as much as I did and it showed in everything he did. He was so technologically advanced and that was a huge part of what helped my house sell in record time in this economy (2-3 months). That mixed with his dedication and real estate knowledge make him unparalleled in the real estate market. He knows real estate, knows how to use technology to sell in this market, cares about his clients, and is compassionate and responsive. Brian came to my house the first time and it was like having the professionals from HGTV at your disposal. He knows everything about staging a house and how to get your house to sell... he gave me so many recommendations that didn't cost any money, but definitely helped my house sell quickly. He is so dedicated that he constantly gave of his personal time to help sell my house or help ease my concerns. He was patient, no matter how stressed I got at the process... and constantly came up with new leads and new ways to market my house. I was so impressed with all the tools he used to sell my house and to keep me in the loop on the process, he is at the top of his field in technology and marketing. He has a great deal of connections that help him sell your house and he uses all of them to make sure he gets your house the exposure it needs to guarantee the maximum amount of offers. I truly believe that had it not been for Brian Teyssier being best in class, that I would still be trying to sell my house and dealing with an agent who would have given up by now. With Brian though, I knew that he was going to be with me 110% until he sold my house and that he was going to care throughout the whole process. He never makes you feel like you only have so much of his time. When you work with Brian, you feel like his only client.. even though he has so many clients... he makes you feel special and he will treat your house like it is the most important house he is marketing. I am now looking to buy/build a house and I wouldn't even think of working with anyone else. If you are looking for an agent, you don't need to spend the months researching agents like I did... save yourself some time and just give Brian a call. Trust me, you will never find an agent as qualified and dedicated as Brian. Once you call him, you will see from the first phone call, why he is the best agent in Pittsburgh.
I contacted Brian via email for the first time, and I was surprised how quickly he responded to me. One thing I'm big on in this day and age is technology, and the last thing I wanted in an agent was one who is technologically incompetent. Brian replied to all of my emails and texts so quickly it amazed me, he never left me feeling unsure about anything. He handled everything professionally and courteously. He helped us find our first home, we're excited, can't wait, it will be closing early 2012. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone I know looking for a great realtor! Thanks Brian!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Beaver Falls, PA.Summary:
Brian was always available for each question along the process of purchasing my home. I had picked out properties that I thought would fit for me and Brian pointed out things that I didnt notice, which helped me immensly make a decision. I think I actually choose a better home than I had looked at thanks to his help and suggestions. Brian also reminded me of several things that I needed to get done, in an attentive way, so that I did not miss any deadlines. I highly recommend Brian to anyone needing a realtor. Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $125k in Imperial, PA.Summary:
Brian was extremely helpful with the entire process of purchasing my new home. This was the first time that I had purchased property myself, so I was unsure of how things would proceed. Brian was always available to show me new listings. As we looked at new property, Brian picked up on the little things that I would not have noticed, good and bad, that was very helpful. It finally came down to a few places that were in my price range and had all the rooms and amenities that I wanted. Brian suggested using Omega Financial, based out of Carnegie, PA. My contact was Leslie Raymond. Brian and Leslie have worked many times together and you could tell by the way they went about things. Finally settling on a property and getting the bid accepted, we worked towards purchase. There were a few snags along the way on my end, Brian and Leslie worked with me to resolve the issues. Denise Doyle from PA Land Titles also worked with our team towards the closing. In the end, I got the townhome that I wanted, and am very happy with my purchase. I would recommend Brian to anyone that is in the market to buy. Brian knows the area well and real estate seems second nature to him. Thanks to everyone that made this dream happen for me, working towards the house warming party soon, I promise!

On a cold and rainy December day Brian drove all the way out to the house, recorded a video of the property, emailed it to us in Florida (which we promplty showed to all of our friends and family) and put us in touch with the property's management. We were unpacking in our new home less than ten days later! We feel that he really went out of his way for us without any big payoff. That's a good guy. Renting a house from over a thousand miles away requires a lot of trust. Brian is certainly someone you can trust. Thanks again Brian. We appreciate your time and dedication.
