Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Pittsburgh, PA.
My wife and I were first time home buyers. I found Brian's Zillow ratings nearly a year prior to buying our home and held onto his info when we were ready to purchase.

Brian is very knowledgeable and up to date with all technology to help buy a home. Brian is not going to find your dream home but will provide the necessary resources to aid in the home buying process.

We were fortunate to find our dream home after our 2nd meeting with Brian and after only seeing 6 other properties. With the help of Brian and Union Home Mortgage (Brian's recommendation) we were able to close on the house extremely quick to keep up with the demands of the seller and seller's agent. We were also in a multiple offer situation, where Brian helped give us the edge with his expertise.

Brian is dedicated to his profession and is available at almost any time via phone, text or email. I would highly recommend Brian when purchasing your home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $250K in Pittsburgh, PA.
Brian is a great guy and an excellent realtor. I am certain that my wife and I would not have found the house we're living in if it were not for him. I found him on Zillow and was most intrigued by his understanding of technology and the important factor it plays in real estate today. As a first-time home buyer, I was very satisfied with his ability to make things simple and clear. While you may be alarmed at how busy he keeps himself, I will say that he's more responsive and attentive than anyone I know. It is with the highest regard that I recommend Brian.

Bought a home in 2013.
My husband and I contacted Brian to help us find a home in the spring of 2013. He responded immediately and got us set up with the MLS website. We browsed the website daily and one day we found our dream home! The house was listed on a Thursday. We called Brian and he had a showing set up for us on Friday. He was leaving to go on a trip that day, but he made sure that he was available to us and we were able to see the home. Sure enough, this was our dream home and we decided to place an offer. On Saturday, we contacted Brian to let him know that we wanted to place an offer. Brian was in Florida on a family vacation, but he was available at all hours of the day and night. He drew up an offer for us and worked diligently even though he was on vacation. We were so impressed and thankful for his dedication. There were many offers placed on this home in such a short time frame, but Brian gave us many suggestions as to what we could do to make sure that they chose our offer. We followed all of these suggestions and we received the call from Brian on Sunday that they had accepted our offer! We were so ecstatic!! The process moved so quickly and flawlessly. Brian went above and beyond to get us our dream home and we are forever grateful for his hard work. We imagined that the home buying process was going to be stressful and he proved to us that with his time and dedication, home buying can be fun and exciting!! We appreciate all that Brian has done for us and we highly recommend Brian and his stellar services!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Pittsburgh, PA.
Brian was awesome at helping us find our new home in Mt. Lebanon!! Looking for a house in PA from California was overwhelming but Brian made the entire process quite simple. He is incredibly flexible, helpful, and knowledgeable; I don't know many people that would take their entire Sunday before Christmas to show us 13 houses! He made himself available and even drove us from house to house as we had traveled in to town Sunday morning and did not have a car. He was prepared with print outs for every house we saw and had great information for each neighborhood we were in. Brian is very accessible through email, text and phone calls. He has great process knowledge which helped us tremendously as the process differs from that in California. He worked with us through every step of the process from our initial interest to changes in our timeline to finally closing and has even been in contact in the weeks after closing. If you are a first time home buyer, a first time home seller, or seasoned, you will not be disappointed!

Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Carnegie, PA.
I came to Brian after trying to sell my house for a year using two different agents. When I called him regarding becoming my agent, he immediately called me back and said he could stop by within the hour and take some pictures. He came over, looked around the house and gave me some suggestions and later that night my house was listed. Brian did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop via email regarding when the house was being shown, other houses for sale in the neighborhood, feedback after the showings, etc etc. It was all very easy for me and I always knew Brian was on top of things by his quick responses to my emails and phone calls. Brian even went above and beyond when I was out of town to check on the house and make sure the pipes weren't frozen when the temperature dropped. We were getting offers on the house within 45 days and the house was completely sold and closed on in about 90 days. I could not have asked for a better agent. If you are looking for someone who will work with you and be your advocate whether you are buying or selling a house, consider Brian. I would not recommend anyone else.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Glenshaw, PA.
Brian and I had a long ordeal, mostly my doing because i knew that I was pricing my house for what I thought it should be sold at. I had steady traffic all the time and he was very accommodating and easy to deal with. He uses all forms of social media to get your place out there which was nice for me and also uses text messages emails and phone calls which helped during my busy schedule.

Thanks again Brian it was a long ride but we got my place sold and I feel that you were as happy about it as I was. It was a nice feeling.

Side note, Brian also emailed me to offer up my home settlement for tax purposes which was super helpful and i havent had dealings with him for 8 months. Nice to know someone is looking out for you!

Thanks!

Sometimes sellers do not want to listen to the expert when they tell them what the market bears. In that case, it just takes time before either the market increases to get them their amount or they realize it's being viewed by buyers but just not at market value. The market caught up to Matt & he adjusted the price and.....BAM! SOLD! Good luck Matt & remember me when you need to buy!

Brian managed the entire sales process of our house while we were out of the country. He helped us get it ready for sale, price it appropriately, and get it sold quickly. His best quality was responsiveness - every question was answered immediately and he helped with every little bump on the way. Thanks Brian!

Always a pleasure to work for a fellow #crossfit athlete! Antonio's schedule was crazy but not as crazy as how he came to purchase his 1st place. I am FB friends with him & he would post about how expensive rent was. So, I had him speak to a lender to see if purchasing was a solution and, BAM! A couple of months later he is rent free! Good luck in everything you do A.B.!!!!!

Anna & Brad thought they wanted to purchase in a more affluent area but they realized quickly that they would get a lot more bang for their buck on the outskirts of their target area & found the PERFECT house for their current lifestyle. Good luck A & B!
