Bought a home in 2008.Summary:
When we decided to purchase our first house, we worked with several agents, before finding Brian. They all seemed to think they knew better than me what I was looking for, and didn't want to let me make the decisions on what houses I should look at or how much I should offer. Brian was absolutely 100% behind me all the way. He showed me ONLY the houses I was interested in, and had sound advise BEFORE looking at any houses as to how I should view my investment. I remember him telling me that you almost never find the "perfect house", meaning every house is going to have a thing or two you would change. The difference in making a sound choice is can the changes I want be within my control ie: is the color not right, or is it in a bad neighborhood, etc. When we were going through the process of making an offer, he let me choose what I wanted to offer, and request from the seller, and if I had questions he was always willing to give me sound honest advise. He stayed on top of all aspects of the deal and kept me informed constantly of the status. When it looked like the deal was about to fall through just days before closing, is when he really shined though. He jumped through more hoops and obstacles to make sure I got the house I had chosen as my best investment and fit for my family. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home, and if I ever sell my home and/or purchase another one, I will ABSOLUTELY use him again, myself.…More Less

We had a great experience buying a home with Brian. We never felt pressured or twisted and ended up finding the perfect home at a great price. If you want a relaxed, responsive, and knowledgable agent, Brian is your man.

Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Very personable and honest. It took a long time to sell the house (no fault of Brian's, the market is very slow) but Brain kept us informed and offered good advice on price adjustment, tips to help sell, etc. He was great during negotiations and never pressured me to go a direction I was uncomfortable with. Brian is very knowledgeable concerning the local real estate market. This was my first experience selling a home and Brain was very helpful walking me through the process, discussing options, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Brian again.…More Less
