Response from Brian
At times I have owned my own home and also owned one or two other single family investment homes. In 2007, I decided to up the ante a bit and purchase a six unit apartment building. I was recommeded to Brian Cane. I was new to this experince. The purchase of this "commercial" property had a different feel to it. The negotiation, analysis of cash flow, vacancy concerns and financing seemed more critical.
Brain was with me every step of the way, helping me to understand the process and making sure I was comfortable with the purchase. I am pleased I made that purchase.
Brian is an asset in my portfolio. I continuing to seek his advice regarding the short and long view of the market. Thank you Brian.

Brian sold one house and one apartment building for me. Both experiences were exceptional. The house was a short sale, which he handled quickly and smoothly. The apartment building had equity, and Brian was able to get more money that I expected for it. I highly recommend him. He is very experienced, thoughtful and efficient.

My experience with Brian goes back a few years when I was looking for a condo and my credit then wasn't so good. He was very helpful in telling me what I needed in order to qualify for a home. When I was finally qualified to buy a home, he was very easy to work with and pleasant to be around with. He made sure he explained every step of the buying process, and every signature I had to give. I never had any doubt or confusion about anything.
I also had the pleasure of working with Brian when he sold another one of my properties. It could not have gone any smoother! Brian was most instrumental again, in selling my home with no problems. I would absolutely recommned Brian again! Thanks Brian!!

Being left with a house to sell at the worst possible economic time, we really found out what the difficulty of selling a house was like. Two agents and 4 years later, we met Brian Cane. Brian is a professional who takes his business seriously and has created a dynamic well-oiled machine. He is a wonderful realtor/person/friend ... with incredible integrity. Brian's staff is an extension of who Brian is ... I was fortunate to meet all of them at Brian's Client Appreciation bash at the Diamond Tower Skybox in June. What an exceptional group of "gems" ... Brian's wife and daughter are a credit to him as a man and a father. Thank you, Brian ... you did a "hellava job" as my father would have said. I am proud to know you and look forward to referring you to my friends and family. A million "thanks", Brian!

I have many friends and family who have had the pleasure to work with Brian - no one was left less then thrilled with the experience.
On a personal level, Brian taught me life and business lessons that I will never forget. I was trained by him and worked for him during the early years of Pacifical Realty in Clairemont. Brian is unbelievably sharp, hard working, and professional. I owe a great deal of my current success to watching and learning the way he conducted his business. Brian has so many outstanding qualities it would literally be too hard to list here, but please know that he is a gem and you owe it to yourself to meet with him personally.
I am willing to place a personal guarantee to anyone with doubts to sell or buy a new home that Brian will meet your expectations at the very least.

We were referred to Brian by one of his clients who highly recommended him. Brian was professional right from the start. He was very knowledgeable about his work, and very passionate. We listed our home with him and had results within the 6 month listing period. The process went very smoothly thanks to Brian and his great staff.
Response from Brian
Brian Cane has recently listed my property, he is very responsive, encouraging and experienced. He went above and beyond to help get the property ready for sale, including referring a great contractor to do some home improvements. Since the house has been listed he has been in touch several times, holds showings at the property and provides detailed analysis of the web traffic as well as feedback from people viewing the home. Thanks Brian!
