Helped me rent a Condo home in Kempsville, Virginia Beach, VA.
Mr. Duncan is very kind, caring and knowledgeable. When we first arrived in the VA Beach area, he helped us find a rental property (we weren't ready to buy yet). As a renter's rep, he hardly made a cut when we finally signed a lease, but that didn't influence him to give any less than his best effort to help us. Brian has been wonderful to work with. He has been professional and very patient. Although we looked at houses for a very long time, searching for the very best one, Brian never once sighed or put us off because we were slow to find our house. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Norfolk, VA.
As first time home buyers Brian made our dream a reality. For months my wife and I looked at numerous properties with different agents. No one agent stuck out to us so we kept looking. We contacted Brian and told him our criteria. He was quick with a response and had a handful of properties picked out for us to view. Brian was able to work around our schedule and make it convenient for us. There was absolutely zero pressure involved while viewing properties. Since we were first time homebuyers we did not know what to look for as far as damage or things that could cost us money in the future. He was opening doors, flipping switches, turning on faucets, and not afraid to get on his hands and knees to look in the crawl space area. Once we found a house we were interested in it was time to put an offer in. Brian wrote up the paper work and included things I did not even know were possible to ask for. Once the offer was accepted he recommended a home and pool inspector. A few things needed to be addressed so Brian once again wrote up a new offer with some changes and before we knew it we were homeowners. Brian made the whole process
