My beloved and I recently asked Brian to represent us in the purchase of a house in the northern California countryside. He is tenacious without being heavy-handed. He has worked so hard for us that I've felt through the entire process as if we were his only clients. He is an expert in all of the areas that we were interested in and always told us what to look out for in both the positive and negative aspects of a certain location. He worked hard for us in all areas, whether it was inquiring about something that we asked about, working with our lender, dealing with negotiations, or talking to multiple agents on properties that we were looking at. We worked with Brian mid 2009 to purchase our first home. We were originally hesitant to work with a realtor, but met Brian at an open house and he was the first that we felt understood what we were looking for.
