Bought a Condo home in 2006 for approximately $425K in Santa Clarita, CA.
I'm not really sure why people would use anyone else?? My wife and I were finally in the market to by our first house when we met up with Brian. He's young, ambitious AND he's just plain awesome and willing to do what ever it takes to find us the right home. We looked... and looked, but he kept on helping us until with found the perfect place. Brian really made it easy for us, and kept our worried minds at ease. I can only hope when I'm ready for a new place... Brian will be there. I'm pretty sure he will be, though.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Valencia, Valencia, CA.
Brian was recommended to us by a good friend. We instantly clicked with him during the first time we talked to him over the phone and we explained our situation. After a couple of years of financial hardship we finally decided to move forward with a short sale. Brian was very good at explaining the process and answered all of our questions. Most importantly, he let us know that he works with a legal team that would assist with the process. Brian, came over to see the property and made several recommendations of what our place should look like in order to take some great pictures and get the property listed. Brian shortly took some great pictures and got the property listed immediately. Within the first week we had several offers for the property. To make a long story short, we went thru 4 buyers and every time a buyer fell through, Brian would immediately re list the property and find a new potential buyer. Short sales are not an easy process but Brian did everything he possibly could to get the property sold but most importantly to make us feel like he cared about us and what we were going thru. Brian always kept being positive even when we thought the property was going to go into foreclosure. We successfully short sold the property with Brian and his teams help.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Saugus, Santa Clarita, CA.
Thank you, Brian Melville, for helping us find a new home for our family! Brian was referred to us by several people who used him as their realtor. He is the epitome of professionalism and sets the gold standard for SCV realtors. Brian treated us like family and went to bat for us when times called for it. He is classy, honest, friendly, knowledgable and available. Brian went on vacation and still returned calls and emails promptly! He is a class act and we are honored to know him. Thank you, Brian! Can't wait to work together again!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $425K in Valencia, Valencia, CA.
Brian was very good about staying withing my budget, and was very knowledgeable about the area (Valencia, in our case). As a first time home buyer, he guided me through a "no surprises" purchase. He's also very responsive. I had a positive experience with Brian, and I would definitely recommend him.

Showed home in 2011 in Val Verde, Castaic, CA 91384.
My wife and I are in the process of buying a house through Brian Melville. We have spoke with other agents in the past and when they found out that our credit was questionable, they dumped us. I consulted with Brian and he found out the same thing that the other agents did "our credit needed some work". Brian not only DIDN'T dump us but he came up with a plan to get our credit and finances in order to be able to buy the house that we want. Mind you, this is going to be at least a one year process and every day Brian works for us as if we had cash in hand TODAY to buy the house. Not only does Brian know what he is doing, but he is a stand up guy with a lot of class and integrity.

Thanks Brian and we look forward to the day we move into our new home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $400K in Saugus, Santa Clarita, CA.
We found Brian by chance and are very happy that we did. He was very patient with us, as it was difficult to find a house in our price range at the time we were looking. We saw many homes that were not quite right, but Brian found us the perfect house, a short sale that had not even gone on the market yet! The process was quick and painless because of how experienced Brian is! I have recommended Brian to many of my friends for their buying and selling needs!!

Primary point of contact: Kirsten gibson
In the end, I did not purchase real estate. Instead, my job was transferred to another state. However, I would like to comment on the personal attention to my needs that Kirsten Gibson provided. I cannot thank Kirsten and Brian enough for their efforts. I am not used to getting an immediate response to emails and phone calls. Being in a customer service position myself, it is easy to expect a level of professionalism, but seldom does customer service meet those expectations. I just wanted to make sure that Kirsten is given credit where credit is due. She is professional, efficient, and knew how to personalize my requirements. But the most often overlooked attribute that Kirsten displayed is making the customer feel like they are the only customer. It is very difficult to make every customer feel like all of your attention is directed towards them. That is the main reason for this review. You don't find that kind of interaction these days. Thank you Brian and Kirsten!
