I earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and then worked as a computer system engineer for a large medical software company. After several years of working long weeks, I decided investing and working in Real Estate was more rewarding and enjoyable and I enjoyed watching my assets grow and work for me.


Learning how to build wealth in Real Estate has been a long learning process, but one in which I have gained knowledge and experience that I will use to help you find the right property for your needs. I am your advocate and will guide you through the process and introduce you to a team of professionals who will work to manage your taxes, protect your assets and fund your success.

I believe in being a contrarian with investing and think that now is a great time to be buying Real Estate. There is a great inventory of wonderful properties, prices have rolled back and interest rates are at near historic lows. Even as we settle into a more average real estate market with average appreciation rates, great opportunities exist and I can help you find them.
