Brock Walker is a detail-oriented Real Estate practitioner like none other in the State of Florida. He manages his time and the time of those he works with with an admirable respect. He worked with all of our employee with the type of precision and "Kit Gloves" that is normally reserved for an operating room in the local hospital. Somehow he manages to do all of this without ever losing sight of the strategic objective. The real estate industry could easily use a few more "Brock Walkers" - Andrew Alfonso & Company -

Bought a home in 2012.
Mr. Walker was always fast to respond to any issue or question I had to ask, and got new information to me always as soon as he got it. He kept me updated throughout the entire process on every home I showed interest to buy. He lives and works in the area I bought the home, so he knew the layout very well. The process went as smoothly as I could have hoped, and he was always pushing for the best deals and really knew how to put in a great looking offer without going beyond the value of the homes. On top of that, he was always very polite and respectful. I would recommend Mr. Walker in the future to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Brock is very knowledgeable in his field of real estate and as a mortgage broker. He is very conscientious, honest, & responds to many of my questions over the many months that he worked with me. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a home or to finance their new home or refinance.

We were upside down on our condo and weren't sure if we were able to purchase another home. Brock contacted us and we were able to buy a short sale . He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Brock and my brother work in the same field. My brother always comments on how Brock is great at keeping his clients informed and up to date. He gets the best percent rates and he takes his time. He cares about his clients and goes out of his way to go the extra mile!

Bought a home in 2012.
Before our search for a home in Florida, we used the internet to connect with local agents in the Riverview and Brandon area. By our surprise, Brock was one of the only agents to respond to us within 24 hours and was willing to spend time listening to what we were looking for upfront. Once we planned our trip to start the home search over 4 months Brock was still in touch with us on a regular basis thru emails and phone calls. Once we start looking at homes and found our home the first day after looking at 5 homes we felt Brock listen to what we were looking for and made our home search very easy once we arrived. The negotiations all the way thru closing went so smooth and feel it was important to comment if you are looking for a realtor in this area I would highly recommend giving Brock Walker an opportunity.

We would highly recommend Brock Walker as a real estate broker.We live in Ontario
& had to do all our negotiating on line due to a death in our family,We also were needing to buy a house almost immediatly due to a family crisis in Florida.Brock was very
sensitive to these issues.The property had to be in a very specific location.He found us the perfect house in the right area.
When we arrived in Florida he was very helpful in getting us settled & informed
about the area.
