Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $50k in Maricopa, AZ.Summary:
Mr. Reynolds' video explaining Owner Carry or Seller Carry Back financing made home buying easier. Without this information I would have been lost in the process but it gave me the confidence to deal directly with the sellers. Understanding the difference between legal and equitable title became invaluable and as a result I close on my home next week. Although Mr. Reynolds did not broker my purchase it would not have happened had I not viewed his video. Thanks Daniel.…More Less
