We rented from JDH Realty and were very disappointed with James Harwell. The home that he put us in was in a high crime location and not until after we had been robbed did he indicate that it was to be expected. A security system was promised but never installed. Windows were broken by the robbery and never fixed. He left junk at the rental property, childrens lego toys attic (After the robbery we had to hide our valuables in the attic to keep from having to haul everything in our vehicles while we worked on our construction site), a inflatable pool, a toilet that was replaced was left in the back yard. We disposed of most of his trash and cleaned up after ourselves when vacating the property, he refused to give us our full deposit back based on us throwing away the children's lego set. That is the most expensive Lego set ever!

I certainly regret any time a tenant is as disgruntled as it appears the principals of Bob Robison Commercial Flooring, Inc. remains. Especially, when I truly had found them to be as nice and friendly as any agent would love to have for a customer or client. But, following an apparently home robbery, the Landlord agreed to cancel the lease, returning the remainder of the pre-paid rent. This, despite their having no obligation and Double-locks already in place. When the Tenants contacted me for a walk-through and keys were turned in, the credit was made and their security deposit returned, less damages and cleaning fee, necessary because, as admitted, the house had not been cleaned during their occupancy. A memo was sent explaining the figures, along with a check. The Landlord did something extraordinary for you in my opinion. I hope the company has better luck in the future in seeking housing for their construction workers, but I file this under “No good deed goes unpunished”!
