Hank has represented me on various occasions and I am continuously impressed with his knowledge and dedication. The fact the Hank is an active appraiser is one of the reasons he is a cut above most so called "Real Estate Experts". He is in the trenches on a regular basis and has the pulse of the market. When you get advice from Hank it is based in fact, not on some article he read on the internet.
